Really really love my experience here!! I knew Ayana was good and I even saw some videos online yett I was still sooooo impressed when I arrived there. We did some water activity which were really fun. The service was good and this has become a special place for us! If there is one thing that can be improved is the breakfast, we felt like it was just so so in comparison to all the other things that we experienced there. Thanks Ayana!!

The best part of staying at this place was that it does have a private beach that you can snorkel from and relax and watch the sunsetting. However, the resort is about a 15 minute drive to the centre of town. You can get a car from the resort most of the time without too much of a wait for the cost of $10 AUD each way. However, we did have to find our own way back from the town centre after 10pm and paid local drivers more. You will need to go into the town centre every day because unfortunately the resort restaurant is awful. The service and food were very disappointing and well below average. We had breakfast included with our stay and only ate breakfast there once. There are many great restaurants and bars in surrounding hotels and town centre and I would recommend using those. Our room was quite nice, although the bathroom was mouldy and grimy in places. The staff were friendly.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s ambiance was lovely, starting with a breezy, open-air lobby that immediately set a relaxing tone. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, although it didn’t have a view. The highlight was definitely the rooftop breakfast—great selection with an incredible view to match! There was a small gym, though it could use a bit more equipment. Overall, a fantastic experience in a beautiful setting.

Room was very smal and smelled.. We even had a problem with hot water which forced us to change room after the room was being prepared for 3 hours. Breakfast was very ordinary.

the location is top notch, walking distance to the city. their staff are also attentive, easily approachable and efficiently attended to the issue and problem that arise throughout my stay.

The most satisfying hotel in the 10-day Bali trip, absolutely worth the money! I really like the concept of the hotel's original ecology and traditional cultural protection. The entire hotel consists of only 20 independent small villas, and the number of hotel staff is twice that of guests. We think that compared with other luxury hotels, several points are very good: 1. Full butler service, our butler Diaz is very good, helping us to order four breakfast boxes for the next day's early trip, fruit yogurt Benedict eggs are available, and towels are prepared to send us to the lobby early in the morning; and all emergency services are very good accordingly. After staying, I found that I didn’t have enough cash for the next day, so I asked the guy if he could help find a car. He not only arranged the hotel’s shuttle bus to take us to town, but also accompanied us with the driver to withdraw money and buy sunscreen and bring us back. The three girls traveling alone really felt at ease. Finally, before leaving, the guy sorted out the things left in the room and took pictures for me. After knowing that there was a charging cable in it that was useful, he rode a motorcycle to send it to me at the airport. 2. The scenery of the hotel is very beautiful. I saw the most beautiful sunset in my trip to Indonesia. The beach is within walking distance and the hotel arranges afternoon tea in different places every day. On the first day, it was next to the pier and on the second day, it was on a private beach. The hotel sent us there by boat. Five staff members accompanied the three of us to drink tea and watch the sunset. They also took great photos and then drove us back. 3. There is no need to worry about having nothing to do in the hotel. Paddle boards, transparent bottom canoes, snorkeling, transparent gym facing the sea, bicycles are all free, there are morning yoga classes, and the hotel's snorkeling spot is above a huge coral garden. You can also feed small fish. When we were snorkeling, there was a butler watching on the shore. There were no waves and it was very safe. There is no disadvantage except that it is expensive. I will come again~

The place was great and affordable for a family getaway. The pool in our room was adequate sized and clean. Be ready for lots of mosquitoes. But the hotel was kind enough to provide us with aerosol sprays. Shower area was great but there were some stains on the WC lid cover. The food could be improved alot. It was subpar. Otherwise staff were very helpful and even prepared a breakfast pack for us before we went on our excursion to komodo island. Food 2/5.

Hygiene: I can only give a bad review. If you want to book, remember to book a room with a mosquito net. The room type we booked was finally given a room that had not been used for a long time, so that the sheets were covered with small insects falling from the ceiling. Environment: The natural geographical environment is very good, which is unquestionable. The hotel is built on the beach, and each room is an independent cottage. It is a few steps into the sea. You can snorkel, take a boat to the depth, swim and paddle. It couldn't be more convenient, the water is really clear, and the snorkeling experience is very good. Service: There are not many hotel waiters. Although it can be seen that everyone wants to do their best, the efficiency is not high, which forced us to cancel our original itinerary and finally transfer to ** Island Hotel, which is very troublesome. Because of the mosquito problem, we were provided with a change of room, on house lunch and transfer to ** Island Hotel, which can be regarded as solving the problem. But the tossing that should not have happened, because the internal communication efficiency and the response rate to customers are too low, led to unnecessary tossing. Originally, we stayed on the island for 2 nights, but we could only transfer to ** Island, and the experience was not good. Facilities: The hotel has its own marine equipment and facilities for free rental, which is quite convenient. The rental center cooperates with a local diving club and provides one-day tours that depart directly from the hotel pier. Otherwise, the hotel building is relatively old, but it is actually better managed and the service quality has been improved, which is still very good.

This room type is facing the sea, but it is really old, and there are many mosquitoes in the semi-open bathroom. Later, we negotiated to move to the newly built deluxe ocean view room (sylvia komodo resort) facing the sea on the other side, which was very good. I don’t know which room type it is on Ctrip. The hotel refers to the dulux ocean room type. This five-star score is for the new room, the old wooden one is for four stars, there are too many mosquitoes. Sylvia’s restaurant has very good products, and the sunset on the beach is also very beautiful. The quality of the sea water is very good. You can kayak and snorkel. The family sees big lobsters, but you still have to pay attention to safety. There are no lifeguards watching the sea. The seafood in the Komodo fish market is also very fresh and delicious. Except for the expensive air ticket to Komodo and the expensive one-day tour, there are no shortcomings. Generally, transportation in Indonesia is expensive. It is true that we need to take a one-way taxi to this hotel for more than 4 people for 50rmb, but I think it is ok to add the room rate. Each person is 25K IDR.
