Terrible customer service. We booked to spend a few days and we couldn't travel due to the gasoline problem. We asked for our reservation to be reinstated and the only thing they offered us was to reschedule the reservation and since they were not able to reschedule the reservation, we lost the amount paid.

Beautiful place, incredible view, very cozy tea house and very good quality of products. It's worth it. We had the complete 3-story tower tea with sandwiches, various sweets and two portions of cake with daily infusions for 6800. We will surely return.

We went for a family snack, prior reservation required. The prices are somewhat high. But the quality is very good. It offers a circuit to walk and explore the hill. It offers coffee, tea, and several other options. Tower of different products such as bills, cakes, scones and sandwiches.

Excellent quality, incredible views and good treatment. We ordered a snack prepared by them. We had some left over and we took it with us. It is the first tea house in San Martín de Los Andes. Divine. You can access by taxi. The climb is panoramic. Request an appointment from the page.

The place is beautiful and in a dream location. We tried to order the tower with Tortas sandwich and others and we did not understand each other with the waiter. What we ate and drank was very delicious and abundant. We just priced it a little expensive. I'm not saying it's not worth it. We paid 6300 pesos. Go to the place, it's very nice!!

Es una maravilla de lugar, de los mejores del mundo. Vistas increíbles. Ya el pueblo San Martín de Los Andes es increíble. Lo tiene todo belleza incluida El hotel consta de la casita de té, que hay que tomarse un té allí sí o sí. Además tiene otra parte con 4 habitaciones. La número 1 es la que mejores vistas tiene desde la cama. Es un lujo amanecer viendo el lago. La habitación es espectacular, todo madera, vistas insuperables. Cama muy cómoda, buen cuarto de baño y lavabo separado. Se puede pedir cena a la habitación, la picada muy recomendable. El personal es super amable, especialmente Carla. Dos noches mágicas, desayuno de genial calidad. Está apartado de todo en la montaña perdido. De los mejores sitios de mi vida, y llevo muchos. Si lees esto, no te lo pierdas! La tarta de queso, inmejorable. Brutal.
