English: I stayed in this hotel at the end of September with a couple of friends. We were assigned rooms in the main building that were really old and run-down, especially 205, with furnishings of different styles, a door to the room and the French window that didn't close properly because they were very dated and poorly maintained. The bed, which had been made into a double bed for the occasion, only had a part corresponding to the headboard, the other half had a bare wall behind it and the second part of the headboard was on the bedside table. The bathroom taps were rusted so much that they had an indefinite colour and the steel was a distant memory... I had never been in a room so ugly, run-down, badly furnished and small that you couldn't turn around. I must admit that after our complaints, you agreed to change rooms and moved us to the new rooms on the garden (mine was 406), but asking us a whopping €198.00 difference per room; therefore a room with half board cost us a whopping €570.00 for three nights with half board, an outrage for a very dated three-star hotel with the services of a three-star hotel and in low season. I would have really appreciated it if, given the inconvenience, a reduction had been applied to the difference to be paid for nice rooms, but which would still have remained empty for those three days. Certainly it will have been considered that by now I was there, with two friends as guests and that I would have accepted everything, as I actually had to do; in fact, if we had been alone, my husband and I would have left because the room we booked was unlivable and the difference that was asked of us was exaggerated. The tiles in the outdoor hot tub were dirty and the indoor pool was also poorly maintained. The food was poor. The location of the hotel is good and we also liked the beach service.
