We had a very nice stay with our family + baby. The hotel was very clean and charming and had large rooms with the cutest little terras. Everybody was so friendly and nothing we asked was to much. Especially i would like to thank Allesandra (the owner) for the lovely stay we had. I would recommend to stay here to everyone! We will defently come back. If you stay here you should try the bruschetta with a nice aperol spritz at the pool, it is delicious!

se vuoi lusso e movimento non è l'albergo giusto. Questo è un albergo tranquillo in una stradina dove ci sono altri alberghi. La colazione è buona così come la cucina della mezza pensione, con il personale estremamente disponibile a cercare di soddisfare le tue richieste. Le piscine sono gradevoli così come il servizio spiaggia, compreso nel prezzo. La nostra stanza molto piccola, così come il bagno ma con un balconcino che ampliava il tutto.

Servizio di reception e di sala garbato, veloce e puntuale. Camera ben pulita e con arredi nuovi. Ottimo condizionatore e disponibilità dei servizi essenziali. Piscine sempre pulite. Centralissimo a Lacco Ameno e prossimo ai lidi. Fermate bus vicinissime per visitare tutte le bellezze dell' isola

Hotel con atmosfera anni 60, la struttura e arredamento contribuiscono che però si dichiara senza inganno come tale. Solo 8 stanze rimodernate ( comfort) mentre le altre restano in stile antico. Piscina esterna piccola, anch’essa datata, idem quella termale, piccola ma coperta, il che non è affatto male in giornate di pioggia. Clientela, ma questo vale per tutta Lacco Ameno che è localita’ termale, anziana, dunque sconsiglio questo hotel per giovani che vogliono movimento. Se siete giovani e volete movida puntate su Sant’Angelo. Detto ciò: personale in sala ristorante amichevole e disponibile, gentile anche se un po’ caotico nell’organizzazione ( la colazione, per essere un 3 stelle, e’ più che generosa). Personale alla reception assolutamente disponibile e professionale, gentile e paziente. Per noi che frequentiamo Lacco Ameno da 45 anni questo hotel è un po’ come casa. Con tutti i pregi e i difetti. Anzi forse sono proprio questi che ci fanno sentire sempre un po’ a casa. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

siamo stati la seconda settimana di giugno io e mia moglie,albergo datato tipo anni 70 personale alla reception gentile,la pecca l’abbiamo trovata in sala ristorante durante un giorno della colazione abbiamo sentito la cameriera più anziana precisamente biondi parlare male di alcuni ospiti presenti in sala con il suo collega,non facendo caso alla nostra presenza,in questa situazione ci siamo rimasti molto male.SPERIAMO CHE SI PRENDANO DEI PROVVEDIMENTI SULL’ACCADUTO …..per il resto il posto è stato gradito.

Io e mio marito abbiamo passato una bella vacanza in questo albergo. Le stanze sono un po’ datate e la tv non sempre è funzionante ma il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile che rende la vacanza molto positiva. Ci sono due belle piscine di cui una termale ed una vasca idromassaggio. C’è la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente della spiaggia. Al ristorante si mangia molto bene e il personale è sempre disponibile ad accontentare tutti i villeggianti. Ci hanno sorpreso positivamente le terme pulitissime. Il personale addetto è professionale, gentile e carino. Albergo da consigliare.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel nel mese di maggio con un gruppo di 23 persone. Seppur l'hotel presenti alcune criticità queste sono ampiamente superate dai servizi di prim'ordine, dalla cucina, varia e curatissima, dalla disponibilità e gentilezza di tutto il personale e dalla pulizia delle camere e degli ambienti. Lo consiglio vivamente. Noi ci torneremo. Marisa

Felice di esserci ritornata: il personale ha confermato la sua grande professionalità durante tutta la mia permanenza! Ottima varietà di piatti preparati a regola d'arte, rilassante vasca idromassaggio e vasca termale in giardino ben curato con vista monte Epomeo. Interessante selezione di libri gratuitamente messi a disposizione. A pochi passi dal mare e dal centro di Lacco Ameno, facilmente raggiungibile coi meglio pubblici. Raccomando vivamente!
