Amazing hotel in Lacco Ameno, close to the main streets and main shops / services. Amazing pools inside and nice rooms. The staff at the reception was very kind and available for any requests. Highly recommend if you're on a budget but still looking for a nice place in Ischia

This hotel is super well positioned, approximately 300 metres of the sea and the beach, just across the main street in Laco Ameno, and just near the bus station. The hotel has a great and big patio with large swimming pool which has terminal water at 38 degrees Celsius. Is family friendly and offers 24/7 reception. I spent 4 nights there in a business trip and I had a big double room with garden view. Super clean and had every day clean towels and the bed was made every single time. I had only breakfasts during my stay. Which was a buffet breakfast with large variety of cereals, cheese, ham, bacon, eggs, sweets such as home made cakes, juices and lemonade, as well as still and sparkling water. All waiters speak English and Italian of course as Spanish and German some of them. I totally recommend this hotel ad for a week stay in Ischia.

We stayed here last November, sadly won’t be visiting again. The warm pool was too dirty to get in as was the room it was in. Our room was dirty on arrival as well. They had a bizarre no shorts rule in the dining room which would be fine if the food/venue was nice enough to merit it, but it wasn’t.

Lovely location, quiet, peaceful, friendly staff throughout. Fantastic swimming pools and amenities local to the hotel. All the staff were very accommodating and welcoming. The hotel has excursions on the desk you can get yourself on really cheaply.

Die Lage ist fantastisch, sowohl die Bushaltestelle als auch der Hafen sind ganz nahe! Besonders schön ist der wunderschöne Park, der Pool, es gibt auch eine Poolbar! Das Abendessen war abwechslungsreich und exzellent. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Angebot und die Qualität der SPA Behandlungen ist hochwertig! Die Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt! Ich werde dieses Hotel wieder buchen!

Hotel molto pulito e confortevole... ottima la posizione, strategica per ogni spostamento, con la fermata del bus proprio davanti. la cucina ottima e abbondante, il personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile ad esaudire ogni richiesta del cliente. Consigliatissimo!!!

Villa circondata dal verde , dove si gode del fresco sotto alberi d'ulivo, posizione perfetta, servizio molto professionale, colazione ottima e cena con buffet antipasti molto ricca e varie opzioni di scelta, un grazie val Maitre Giovanni veramente da 10 e lode insieme alla sua squadra che con tanto garbo,pazienza e professionalità accontentano tutti gli ospiti. Grazie per averci fatto trascorrere una bella vacanza
