Why #Lachung hotels like #Yashree and platforms likec#Agoda continue to offer bookings at discount when all roads are closed, someone will drop there from thin air #scam #sikkimtourism. Further, they make bookings only partially refundable. All roads are blocked / closed due to multiple landslides. Last stuck tourist was rescued yesterday as per government sources. But all online agents and hotels continue malpractice in hand gloves. Struggling to get refunds when trip cancelled due to natural disaster. The booking was done through available link on TripAdvisor, fist booking through #Agoda, else was always booking Cthrough *********** with full refund option.

From the room, you get a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire town of Lachung—it's truly a sight to behold. The service at the property was exceptionally prompt and attentive. A special mention goes to Sonam Subba, the Food and Beverage in-charge, who ensured all our culinary needs were well taken care of with great warmth and professionalism. The food was delicious and comforting, adding to the overall experience. The rooms themselves were spacious, well-maintained, and hygienic, offering a perfect blend of comfort and cleanliness.

Great view greatest ambience in this high altitude of about 9000ft we are getting warm water room heater warm food and a great view what else can we ask for had a wonderful stay for 2 days staff is well cooperative and reception desk greet u like a queen...

Stayed for two nights. The room was comfortable with stunning views of the mountain. Staff were friendly and courteous Location was good as it was pretty high up so views were good . Bathroom was a bit slippery so one had to be careful especially Food was average with mostly north and South Indian food. Not many local dishes. Was a comfortable stay and would stay again

Good hotel in Lachung, recommended for family and couples. The hotel has good facilities with heated rooms, mountain views, in room dining and good staff. Breakfast spread was good and options at IRD as well. Manish and Anurag were very helpful at the reception.

This hotel is located well. It has amazing views of the hills and the waterfalls, especially if you take the higher category rooms you can see snow capped mountains from your bed while waking up. The restaurant is nice and efficient. The room service from the restaurant is at the same price as having it in your room. The service was good.

One of the best hotel to stay. Fabulous rooms with mesmerising view.. staff are very cordial. You can choose the hotel to stay for family. The property is located at very good location. The receptionist - miss Passang is very helpful in guiding about the location. Thanks to the staff.

This is fantastic property with a very good location. The food is amazing – both the veg and non veg. Service is great. The rooms are open, clean and airy with excellent view. The staff were very polite especially Sonam who provided great service with a smile.
