Great facilities for children. The onsen is also nice and clean. The room is good as standard, not big, but clean and well function.

The service was great. It's really good for kids but the pool was ok but i want to see better. My kids love mini Harborland. The Laser tag was amazing for my kids they enjoyed it So overall It was amazing

Place for kids. Mini harborland is smaller than Balcony Seaside. BTW, the room and space is more comfort than another one. Waiting area for kids in Lounge is fantastic. Love this hotle.

Very nice hotel with wonderful staff. This hotel is really suitable for family with young kid. All kid amenities are free to be used for hotel guest. There are welcome snacks and toys for the kids too. Best value for family to stay.
Room wise it is very clean and equipped with a small kitchen. Good to do some basic cooking and preparation of milk if needed.
