We booked and paid for 4 nights.
We had a double booking on the first day and had to cancel the first day, which was no longer possible but they apparently kept our room free.
When we arrived they gave us a disabled room
The shower was clogged, the sink had rusty water, dark, only one small window
There were cockroaches in the room and it was very horrible and dirty.
The next day we got a different room because we were upset
So out of the 4 nights we paid for we only had 2 halfway clean rooms.
Breakfast was not satisfactory either.

Pleasant staff but cleanliness that leaves something to be desired… The sheets are not changed when they “clean” the room and the breakfast is really disappointing… We remain mixed with our visit because despite the very kind and smiling reception staff, the hotel in itself and bad … Go your way because for the

Andreia at front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. She gave us a hard time checking in and offered no help or solutions. Her colleague came shortly after and checked us in with no issue. Andreia called us “stupid Americans” in Portuguese assuming that i dont understand the language.

This place is pretty basic, you stay here for the great location, breakfast is pretty decent too. We had the room on the top floor that had the view of the ocean which was great but all rooms on top level share the whole balcony, other rooms get their own balcony. The rooms could do with a little fridge and kettle.

Hotel very well located in the center of Lagos. Impeccable staff who welcomed us and helped us select the best room to stay. Amazing bed and pillows and very clean. Breakfast could have had more variety, mainly bread/cakes, natural juices and fruit, however we felt welcome and it was very pleasant.

The Riomar is a decent mid-range hotel, centrally located in the old town and not far from the beach. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, but the breakfast is rather unimaginative. If I'm in Lagos again, I'll probably come back.

Weak. Very weak. Poorly soundproofed rooms, as there was everything that happens in other rooms including conversations. Old hotel in need of renovation. Weak breakfast Parking to forget. The only positive point is the location, which is in the old town, very central. To forget.
