From the manager to the staffs, there are all lack manners and doesn't value new or existing customers. Both the managers, supervisors and what have you every other are untrained and unprofessional. You can't get value for money for their food and drinks are expensive and yet they treat customers with so much disrespect. They also add to the prices of their food and drinks which is different from their official prices. Mind you they will give you a manual bill that has no copy for reference. That is theft. In as much as the environment is very conducive but staffs are irritating.
