"Decent hotel but far from anything special. I think its still riding on its reputation. Overkill on security which is just a formality, but great if you get a kick out of staying at an extra ”secure” hotel with people kissing your ass. Also good for leg day because it takes about 10 minutes to get to your room due to stupid amounts of security and how big the place is.
Hotel rooms outdated, there are much better options for literally half the price. I just booked to see what the fuss was about (and this is coming from someone who regualrly stays ar 4/5 star hotels all around the world)
Reception staff also need to be more approachable, personality dead as a wooden top
Its a good place to stay if you want the illusion of being wealthy or having prestige. If you already have that, you wont like it.
Just my 2 cents."
"The size of the room is neither too big nor too small. It is just right. The bathroom is separated. There are many types of breakfast, especially desserts and cakes. There are also a lot of people. Overall, it is not bad."
"super professional staff. decent breakfast. rooms feel a bit dated but not annoying. staff is very knowledgeable . location doesn't have too many resturants nearby. "
"excellent service! Very serious and patient! More formal! Suitable for a family holiday! Safe and secure! Security staff is also very polite! The restaurant staff has a Chinese-speaking boy! Learning Chinese for several months! Overall good! Great! for safety! The windows won't open here! Are all closed! The hotel should be the same!"
"The rooms are comfortable; staff is friendly and helpful. On request, I was allocated a room with a view of the main Boulevard Gulberg. Breakfast was good and staff there is also friendly. It used to be possible to park my car in the basement and get into the lift and go straight to the floor of my room. This has been discontinued because of security reasons which is understandable. Good range of food from their restaurant delivered to your room; prices are reasonable, the taste is authentic. I am a happy customer overall."
"The front desk upgraded me to a deluxe single room for free, but there were guests staying in the hotel talking outside in the corridor all night, which was a bit noisy."
"Very good service
Polite staff happy with the service my mumin and the team fully trusted and worth for the money given
The coffee was complimentary super taste coffee"

RRoger Wang RogerThis hotel is actually a detached villa in downtown Lahore. There was no breakfast on the Internet at the scheduled time. I did not expect that breakfast was quite rich, and it was delivered to the room.
During the period, a kettle was broken and repaired in time. It's comfortable to drink some hot water.

GGuest UserDespite it's an old hotel and facilities are a big old, the design are quite impressive!
The service is good, especially the counter staffs are friendly and efficient, security man at main door are also friendly and nice! Highly recommended!!!
GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location, conveniently close to Lahore Airport, and the premises felt very secure with several security checks before reaching the lobby. I was warmly greeted by a hotel representative who picked me up and took me to the hotel. Both the buffet breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food. The staff across all areas, including the reception and restaurant, were very respectful and helpful. I want to especially mention Muhammad Arslan, who stood out for his attentiveness and dedication to serving all guests with the utmost care.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved. First, the prayer hall is located in an awkward and unclean area. I noticed a family struggling to find a suitable place to pray, and the staff was not even aware of the Qibla direction. They ended up praying in the executive room, which was not ideal. Secondly, the café and restaurant lacked alternatives like almond or soy milk, which is important for guests with allergies. Some in-room amenities, like the dental kit, were missing at check-in and appears the second day after the room makeup. The swimming pool ladder felt weak and was not deep enough, which could be a safety concern. Additionally, the iron in the room was dirty, broken, and leaking water, which made it difficult to use.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay but hope these points will be addressed to enhance the guest experience further.
GGuest UserThe hotel itself is good but the service at reception was terrible. Since I had strange noise continually at my room, I requested to change room. But due to fully booked on that day, the reception staff couldn’t change. That’s is fine not to change due to fully booked but they didn’t do any reaction to stop noise. I invited reception staff (Mr.A) 2 times to let Mr.A hear what kind of noise I heard and Mr.A said maybe housekeeping on different floor is still working (1 am at night!), I will check it etc, but even 1 hour later I still had strange noice. Obviously Mr.A didn’t do anything to stop noise and I again invited reception other staff (Mr.B, senior of Mr.A)to my room but Mr.B didn’t hear anything from Mr.A and Mr.B didn’t know also anything what Mr.A did for the noise even Mr.B is senior position. Mr.B promised to ask Mr.A what Mr.A did for the noise and give me feedback. But Mr.B didn’t give me any feedback.next day on 8am I requested to change room but since the reception staff (Mr.C)seems to be sick, Mr.C said Mr.C request other staff to change room. But nothing happened. So around 11am,I again went to reception to request change room. But then other staff (Mr.D) said still there are no available rooms since check out time is 12 noon.but it means even I requested to change room at 8, until 11pm I again went to reception, they didn’t inform me anything. They should have informed to wait until noon etc in advanced. I was very much disappointed such poor service. They didn’t react anything about the notice issue at all and next day they didn’t inform me anything about changing room until I requested again and again. Very poor and unprofessional staff at reception.
RRaja1990Located in the area of Johar town and It was a nice hotel and great hospitality. It's very convenient for transportation and it has many restaurants and mini markets around it . Easily accessible from airport and Daewoo bus stand.
