My wife and I went to the Saturday brunch after 11 o'clock, according to the hotel's wishes. The employee who seemed grumpy cashed us and at the same time humiliated those who were ahead of us in the queue and pointed to an empty table by saying that he is ”the only person here who knows where is free and where is not”. The hall was completely sold out. The used dishes were taken away a little at a time and very slowly. The coffee was served to the table only after a request 25 minutes after our arrival. The porridge was lukewarm. The ”real” scrambled eggs were watery and looked suspiciously made of powder. The hall on the second floor does not work as full. The uproar was huge, the queues were long and the staff's behavior chaotic. The price-quality ratio was miserable. Avoid this place.
