We spent one night, and the hotel has everything that is needed. The room was comfortable, bright and well-equipped. Breakfast is good (as always in Scandic hotels), and it is possible to find any type of breakfast (cereals, sandwiches, fruits, etc). The room is very clean.

The hotel is in good location and staff were nice. However the hotel clearly needs renovation. The room was okay but nothing special. There was not any good view from the window. I had extra bed in the room, but it was so uncomfortable that sleeping in it was really horrible. The breakfast was good and i have nothing bad to say about it. Whem I visit Lahti again I will definitely choose another hotel. I would rate this 3/5 star hotel

Service was awful. Room was dirty and really hot, really hot. No air conditioner. And did i mentioned that service for terrible. I havent never been hotel that has so bad service. Also the restaurant wasnt so great either.

The room was so hot, staff tried to help and chance it to lower level, but no air conditioning… I have trusted the Scandic name before, but no more will believe they have good quality hotels only. We had to open the window and city noises made it sure kids didn’t sleep at all, what a rough night… I should have read the descriptions more carefully, could not deduct anything from the price either unfortunately.

Avoid this hotel during the summer season. The rooms are okey, but a bit like old times. The receception service was unpleasant. We booked from *********** and undesstand a better quality. We tried to cancel the room, but was not possible. We walked away. The hotel is out dated.

Nothing to complain, easy acces with good location, staff were nice. Breakfast is versatile, parking is made easy and location is good. Hotel building is quite old but the place and rooms are clean. We enjoyed out stay, i would recommend this hotel.

The room was tidy and the breakfast was decently good. However, the air-conditioning didn't work properly and it was very hot and humid inside. The staff tried to help, which was nice, but overall there are better Scandics I've stayed at. Overall very average experience.

Breakfast was very big disappointment. Warm dish sortiment (scrambled eggs, sausage, beans, ham, mushrooms, carelian pirage) was really cold (not heated at all). The sortiment as a whole was very limited. Normally I've been pretty satisfied with Scandic breakfast.

Stayed one night here before the Finlandia Ski Marathon. Entering the hotel is like going back to the 80's when you look at the interior. Everything was nice and clean though, service was friendly and breakfast very good, so quite an OK experience for the price you pay.
