這是我這麼年住過酒店最差的一次服務，一夜沒睡，特別是那個服務員窮兇惡劣，我在網上訂的房間減去22元卷付61元，結果服務員很兇説那個房間不好，加到90給我一個好的，我問為什麼，她很不奈煩，説要打掃，後來進去看房間挺好，在看下床單好幾處有血斑，一看就沒換，找她時她説要麼加錢到90元給個乾淨的，我問房間好壞我認，但床單被套要換乾淨的這是基本服務，她兇巴巴的説不加錢那房間床單就那樣，就洗不乾淨，這種服務員不知道老闆知不知道，她就是要加錢，因為這個房間我網上退不了的，加錢應該是給她自己拿吧
