Good location, clean room and value of money is good. They give me a room with river view which really nice, the room is clean, the breakfast is nice taste, lots of Chinese cuisine options but not too much of western options. The things need to be improved: in some rooms the smell of cigarettes smoke still linger, need to clean or categorize for non-smoking room, room key access sometimes error and need to back to front desk few times and need at least one staff who can speak English for communication with guest who can't speak Chinese.

Hotel is clean but you can get the smoke smell, hotel staff cannot communicate in English. There are local supermatket and steert food near hotel.

The highest Wangjiang Hotel on the Red River has three extra-large beds and large windows. It is refreshing. It is 800 meters away from the cinema. There are many restaurants. The snail noodles are spicy beyond our standards. The environment and cleanliness on the 36th floor can also be rated high. And the sports facilities opposite are complete. There are 3 basketball courts and 24 table tennis tables. There are many tourists. It is your ideal arrangement. Whether it is a family trip or a business trip. There are not many breakfast options but the taste is acceptable.

Bad review, the hotel was reluctant to turn on the air conditioner on such a hot day. The indoor temperature was always 28 degrees from the beginning of the stay. The air conditioner was useless. I called the front desk at least 5 times, and they were perfunctory every time. The corridor outside was cooler than my room. I almost went to sleep in the corridor. I woke up sweating every time. I checked out 1 hour ago and brought a fan. It was still hot under the sun. Do you have no money to turn on the air conditioner? It costs me hundreds of dollars a night to stay here. This is my first time experiencing this hotel. It's terrible. I'm really angry.
