My husband and I were traveling from Sicily and arriving late. It was not a problem at all. Roberto was very kind and helpful. He spent time informing us about the area, he helped us get a late dinner, and even picked fruit from the trees when I asked about the fruit. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. We would go back again!

Carmel and Connie Hole, we are a couple from Malta traveling to Poland and decided to book this hotel. This hotel deserves 5 out of 5 for the location and the surrounding beauty. The town of Laino Borgo is a small and peaceful place also the residence of the town they are all friendly The hotel was even excellent and comfortable and the food was super good Roberto was very informative and even point out where to visit in the surrounding area and at dinner he even explain about the food that he’s serving. In all I will be back with my family next time and spend more time exploring this heaven on earth place

Roberto was the most welcoming host, the room was great with en suite and lovely shower. Great view from the balcony. We had dinner in the restaurant with amazing anti pasto, ravioli and chicken. Roberto’s wine recommendation was top notch. We would highly recommend.

I had such a nice experience at Palia’s in Laino Borgo. Palia’s was in a great location overlooking the town and you can hear the river. The host was so helpful and accommodating. He gave really good suggestions on interesting places to visit and made sure I knew how to get there. I had two delicious dinners at their restaurant. The food was expertly made with fresh local ingredients. The menu had lots of options and regret not staying long enough to try them all. Don’t skip the gelato! The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony. The complimentary breakfast had lovely homemade pastries and coffee. Laino Borgo and the mountain and river area are a relaxing and cool place to chill out and avoid crowds.

Ci siamo stati con la famiglia.. Ottimo soggiorno.. Stanze ampie e comode.. personale super accogliente e disponibile..colazione ottima e genuina... vista pazzesca e comodo parcheggio.. Da ritornarci sicuramente😉 lo consiglierei al 100%

Struttura pulita e ben servita, bellissima Esperienza ed accogliente la sala della colazione con grandi finestre che ti permettono di immergerti nello scenario collinare. Un ricco e gustoso buffet con possibilità anche di colazione salata. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. La sensazione è di essere in famiglia, coccolati dall'arrivo alla partenza.Appenna arrivati in struttura ci è stato consegnato un foglio con degli appunti sui luoghi di interesse più vicini e le relative indicazioni stradali, davvero molto utile per chi si ritrova per un breve soggiorno come noi. Esperienza piacevolissima, ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Il Palia’s hotel è il miglior hotel e ristorante di tutto il Pollino! Roberto e la sua famiglia vi faranno sentire a casa. Stanze spaziose, super pulite, letti comodi, bagni funzionali, ristorante e colazione da 10 e lode. E poi la gentilezza e simpatia estrema di Roberto. Dovete venirci assolutamente!

Ci sono andato in occasione delle GF dei Bruzi e il proprietario è stato da subito molto disponibile permettendo mi di lasciare la mtb in un suo locale nonché di potermi lavare dopo la gara. La camera era pulita, ampia e ben tenuta. Colazione buona come anche il servizio. Consigliato.

Camere Normali Con una vista sul balcone pazzesca , servizio ultra gentile e anche la gente del posto , mangiato benissimo un po' pesante ma benissimo, l'unico difetto era la colazione un po' trascurata , poi all' interno aveva un bar dove si poteva parlare con gli amici e famiglia Ve lo consiglio
