Stranger Light House Hotel (Yantai Laizhou Culture West Street Branch)

The front desk service was very enthusiastic and they also sent fruit upon check-in. The room was clean and hygienic. I was very satisfied.

The room is quite big, but it smells really bad, the ventilation is not very good, and it smells completely different from the lobby. This is the top of the bathroom (see picture). The environment in the 60-square-foot shabby house next to the bus station is better than this, right? As for fruits as gifts, it’s better not to send fruits like this, the cucumbers are all wilted. The breakfast is really good and very rich As for the service of the entire hotel, the security guard in the restaurant is really heartwarming and very friendly to children. He helps to get meals and baby chairs. The room cleaning lady is very polite and attentive. Well, the girls at the front desk should learn from this, okay? The difference is not just a little bit, it is completely different from the Moshang system in Hangzhou. (If the room upgrade for members in the Ctrip backend is not possible, please do not display the confirmation. If you do not show the voucher, and still say that I have booked this? What's the point?)

Objectively speaking, it should be classified as a "non-child-friendly hotel". (1) When we asked if there were any children's toiletries at check-in, we were told that we needed to check the inventory. The front desk lady went to look for them and came back with a kind expression that said "you are lucky" and gave us a positive answer. We got toothpaste and toothbrushes (but no slippers), but I think that most star-rated hotels should have children's supplies, right? (2) A 7-year-old child needs to pay an additional 20 yuan for breakfast. So, for a family of three, the 60 yuan breakfast is better to order takeout. The milk is brewed, the coffee machine is broken, not to mention soy milk and juice. The choice is very limited. 3. The most unacceptable thing is that after checking in, we found that the toilet, shower room and downlights above the TV were not working. We called the front desk and were told that the electrician had gone off work and there were no other rooms to upgrade (we asked if we could upgrade at our own expense and were told that there were no vacant rooms). Of course, we checked in very late, and the security guard came up to check it out quickly, but he didn't bring any tools, so it was obvious that he was just there to take a look. Then we used the flashlight on our cell phones to take the baby to the bath and go to the toilet! ! ! This is what we cannot accept the most. After all, we booked a room three or four days in advance, but we have to take a shower and go to the toilet in the dark. Adults can still forgive us, but for children, it is indeed a challenge.
