Disappointing Experience I stayed at Premier Inn Isle of Wight Sandown for two nights in May and was quite disappointed. There was no reception and poor WiFi signal in our rooms, despite the staff acknowledging the issue with no solution offered. This was particularly distressing as I was traveling with my severely ill mother who has Huntingtons chorea and the lack of connectivity triggered her condition. Additionally, communication with our relatives in nearby rooms was a hassle due to no phone reception, forcing us to knock on doors. The hotel website misleadingly advertises free WiFi, which was essentially unavailable. Parking for blue badge holders was also inadequate, as I found very limited spaces during my stay. Overall, a frustrating experience that needs significant improvement.
