This hotel is very good, the closest to MK. You can take a small train from the second floor of the hotel to MK in one stop. There are a lot of people taking the train from MK at night. At this time, you can go to Pier 2 to take a cruise back to the hotel. You only need to stay in one hotel during your entire trip to Orlando Disney, and you don’t need to change hotels at all (don’t ask me how I know). This hotel has cruise ships, trains, buses to choose from, and you can also use UBER, which is very convenient.
The hotel room is large and very clean. There is a handheld shower, which is not the kind that can’t be removed from the wall, which is also convenient.
The hotel restaurant closes on time at 21:00. We came back late and didn’t have dinner. We ate half a bag of biscuits. If you want to go back to the hotel for dinner, you have to arrange the time.

We went to one of our favorite quick service eatery. I got the caprese sandwich and my friend got the turkey. The turkey was good but the caprese tasted like it had been sitting there for a day. Coffee was fair. Should have made on date! Oddly, my chips were fresh. And the ones with the turkey were stale

Lovely Hotel with very nice rooms and friendly staff! However, we spent two nights in our room with no heat. Room temperature was unbearable. “No pun intended.” I asked for some form of credit and they offered to comp a $130 meal. Not very satisfying. Should have been one night’s room rate.

when you stay at the Opal Grand Oceanfront Resort, Delray, FL - be sure to make contact with Hannah Moran for your pool experiences. This great young lady is always smiling, pleasant, and anxious to make your stay pleasant. She adds much to the experience of vacationing at this beautiful hotel right on the Atlantic Ocean beachfront.

being raised in South Florida. I've been to Disney World many times and I've stayed at the contemporary and the Polynesian, but never The Grand Floridan And it sure is GRAND! from the beautiful architecture to the grand piano being played in the lobby, the excellent restaurants and beautiful rooms. We stayed in building eight, which was very convenient. We had a pool and a resort view plus it was a short distance from the lobby. From there, you can take the monorail, of course, but also buses to other parks. I highly recommend this hotel and any Disney resort on property in Orlando.

pretty rooms, short walking distance to magic kingdom (took about 15-20mins) very nice lobby and very festive Christmas decorations. the shops were cool (who knew there was a disney soap and lip stuff shop???) AND THERE WAS A HEY DISNEY TABLET THINGY TOOOOOO SO COOL

We always stay at this resort. It is absolutely a beautiful and enjoyable place to stay! Easy access to park transportation. Beautifully appointed rooms! Great restaurants and nice shops. BEST place to view nightly fireworks! The staff is very kind, caring and helpful throughout your stay!
