"The price-performance ratio is quite high. There is a bed in the room that can be folded up to become a table for eating and put down to sleep. It is quite practical. The biggest disadvantage is that there is a stuffy smell when entering the room, and there is no room cleaning (maybe it is requested). There is a cafeteria in the resort, you can eat enough, not to mention the taste š Everything is quite expensive, especially water, so it is better to bring two large barrels of mineral water if possible. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic when checking in, and asked us if we had any questions, because the guests who come to play, especially the first time, will definitely have many questions. In the end, they also gave each of us a Mickey food and a small badge for the first time. This Disney World APP cannot be used in China, you can only download it here, link the tickets, and then buy the LL in it. How to use it after buying it, I studied it for a long time before, and asked the staff at that time, I understood a little more, and then I actually operated it in the park and asked the park staff, and now I understand it a little more. "The location is good, 5 minutes walk to Disney Spring. The attitude of the front desk staff was average, and it felt like there were no customers at all. Of course itās Disney! There is an endless stream of tourists every day. The room facilities are relatively old, especially the leather handles of the cabinets, which are really not what a four-star hotel should look like. Although it is a Disney hotel, there are no Disney elements except for the advertisement at the elevator entrance. When going to Disney, I still recommend the newly opened Suite hotels at Flamingo Crossing, which are new and convenient. It is much better than the āold, poor, expensive and smallā in the park."

"This hotel is very good. It is closest to MK. The second floor of the hotel can take the small train directly to MK. At night, there are many people who take the train from MK. At this time, you can take the cruise ship to Pier 2 and return to the hotel. Come to Orlando Disneyland the whole journey ~ you need to stay in a hotel, you don't need to change hotels at all (don't ask me how I know). This hotel has cruises, trains, buses to choose from, and UBER is also very convenient.
The hotel room is large, the health is very good, there is a hand-held shower, not the kind of wall-mounted can not be picked off, it is also convenient.
The hotel restaurant closed on time at 21:00. We came back late. We didn't eat dinner. We took half a bag of biscuits. If we want to go back to the hotel for dinner, we have to arrange a time."

"The two staff members that I did encounter were friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate my request for a high floor room. The rooms were clean for the most part. Some pieces of furniture were dusty as if they hadnāt been cleaned for a while. I do love the separate sitting room, and the balcony. The views are awesome. Itās centrally located to just about everything. Super close to Disney. All in all I would recommend a stay here.

GGuest UserI had a prepaid booking.
They charged 800$ for incidentals with the POS that gave the āApprovedā status.
We spend like 1k and they locked us outside of the room and asked us to pay this again the whole amount. They did not recognize the initial payment.
Front desk guy Christian very rood, pushing it to the edge of snapping.
Eventually I asked to speak to the manager on duty..he got at the front desk in 20-30 minutes, apologizing and saying that everything is ok with the initial payment.
We spent 1 hour locked outside by this āsystem errorā
The service at the Sofia (downstirs restaurant) is very poor because of the kitchen staff.
The roof top restaurant is quite nice for dinner.
I waited 30 min for the valet to bring my car. The have no f idea of what theyāre doing.
You can get only inroom dining after 10pm.
Shuttle service only to Disney parks.

KKimThis hotel is perfectly placed to walk to Disney springs where you can take the transport to the parks or other accommodation for the restaurants, alternatively there is complementary transportation to all Disney parks. Free WiFi, tea and coffee and water everyday, staff super friendly and will help and advise you with any plans you want to make. We were given a high floor (which turned out not good for my mum) the staff helped move floors and for a small fee we upgraded without issue. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou

GGuest UserThis is absolutely the best hotel around. From the time we were checked in and our names were āknownā we were greeted any time we entered or left the building. They were extremely helpful. The rooms were squeaky clean.
I have definitely found my new place to stay when Orlando.

ć¾ć¾ćććAt this price, the newness and cleanliness of the facilities are what Japanese people like. I stayed for 3 nights, and although I couldn't get a bottled water in the room after the first day, there was a water dispenser in the gym on the first floor. Since it is not directly managed by Disney, there is a shuttle bus, but it is not at the best time (after opening time) and there is only one bus per day, so I used Uber instead.

GGuest UserThe staff was excellent , very helpful and kind.
The hallways smelled a bit musty as well as the room.
Maybe the rugs need to be cleaned more often.
The hotel appears to be older which accounts for small lower quality upgrades in the room.
The upgrades done were somewhat lacking like incomplete paint trim in the restroom which included rough door bottom edging with pealing paint, as well as rust at the bottom of the metal door frames.
The shower head was old and outdated and did not function properly for adjustment of different spray options.
The restroom fan was loud, pool quality and connected to the light switch so both are on at the same time.
This did not allow the light function at late night without the noisy fan.
The fan should be replaced with a much quieter better quality type like a Panasonic multi speed.
The towels were clean and also had a musty smell.
The window covering did not function properly and was difficult to operate.
The room light switching was located only at the entrance to the room which was a long hallway before entering the room.
An addition set of redundant switches closer to the main room would be a very helpful convenience preventing long trips to the main door for night shut - off or modulation of lighting within the room.
Overall I would rate the Hotel based on price and room at 3 or 3.5.
However, the staff was very attentive and responsive, the hotel was properly staffed for quick check-in and deserve a rating of 5.
General appearance, lobby and common area cleanliness is rated as a 4.5 only because of the musty smell in the hallway walking to the rooms.

JJamie VlietWe pulled up to check in and were greeted by the valet guys. They were very helpful with directions to self parking the cars. Check in was a breeze, rooms were clean and well sanitized. No problems the entire weekend at hotel. Walking distance to Disney springs felt very safe the entire time. Will definitely be coming back soon.

GGuest UserDisney Springs is right across the street. The pool area and lazy river are very well designed. The kiddie pool is perfect for children ages 0-5, and parents can sit back and relax while watching their kids play. The staff at the breakfast buffet was great and even asked us if we wanted a cup of coffee to go and she actually made us two new coffees for us to take away. We stayed in a fireworks viewing room, and we could see two different fireworks shows far away from our room every night from 9:00-10:00. The room was not very spacious, the interior was a bit dated and we had to put a towel in the slippery tub to prevent my child from falling.

Kkkr94It was very convenient to be able to travel from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to each park by bus.
There are frequent ferries to and from Disney Springs from the ferry dock inside the hotel, so it is also very convenient for going shopping at Disney Springs.
The hotel was a lodge-style hotel divided into several buildings, so I had to walk a bit from my room to the entrance, but I had requested a room near the bus stop in advance, so they arranged for me a room very close to the bus stop.
Food was also available via mobile ordering, so I hardly experienced any language barriers.
I was able to relax as if it were my own home during my stay, and it was a very happy stay.
