Modern appliances and furniture, open kitchen/dining concept, and a spacious living area makes it perfect for entertaining. Relax on the walk-out front deck and grill with family and friends. Minutes away from downtown Lake Geneva's attractions, restaurants, grocery stores and a 20-minute walking trail to the lake. It has 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms, making it ideal for families & friends.
Other things to note:
The residences in our vicinity receive water from a shared well, but we have equipped our house with a water softener and water filter to condition the water.
Strickly NO smoking at the property inside or outside the home.
With the warmer weather approaching, I understand that you may want to spend time outside on the front deck. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these times to respect the peacefulness of the neighborhood.
Additionally, please drive with caution when entering and exiting the rental property. Please be mindful of the speed limit and that there may be pedestrians, cyclists, and children in the area.
