Hurricane Helene Update: Our cabins are in good shape. Our lakefront and first pond have been damaged and will need to be repaired. The lake has been lowered by the town and there is construction equipment in the lakebed. Romantic cabin on a mountain lake. We are near Chimney Rock, Asheville and The Biltmore House. We are only 1/4 mile from the site where the movie Dirty Dancing was filmed. We are only 18 miles from the new Tryon International Equestrian Resort. Our cozy one bedroom log cabin is built for couples and has a hot tub. We are located in the Town of Lake Lure and only one mile south of the charming mountain Village of Chimney Rock, NC. For no extra cost we have canoes, horse shoes, private fishing ponds, and a dock on beautiful Lake Lure. All set in a natural landscape with diverse flora and fauna. Plus, only a short distance away you will find the Lake Lure Beach and Marina, Historic Lake Lure Inn, Restaurants, Chimney Rock State Park, Lake Lure Tour Boats, horseback riding, rock climbing, whitewater rafting, tennis courts, Chimney Rock Village and fly fishing on the Rocky Broad River! Cozy hideaway
It was a great getaway for the weekend me and my husband and noticed everything was clean inside but there was a lot of dust on everything inside and then the night before we checked out noticed that there was a pest issue going on with some German roaches was not an infestation but there was definitely some activity. With us being an owner of a pest control company we were shock to see this.

The property is lovely. The set up of the cabin is ideal for comfort and accessibility. Everything that you we needed was supplied. Surprisingly closely located to local sites and restaurants.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
Cabin is in great location and is very clean and comfortable Several restaurants have opened back up in the area. Really enjoyed the hot tub on the porch. We took our dogs with us and they had a great trip also. We will definitely be back soon. Thanks!!!

Great Birthday Stay
I choose to stay here for my birthday and I couldn't be happier. It was peaceful, beautiful, relaxing and quiet. The view of the lake and Mountain was breathtaking and the coziness of the cabin made it that much better. Will stay here agin.

Lake Lure Getaway
This was the perfect accomodation for my husband and I. The property has all you need, and it is located so conveniently to all the sights that Lake Lure and Chimney Rock have to offer. We had so much fun during our time there, and it was mad even better by such a wonderful accomodation. We would definitely return to this property in the future!
