This was another good pick for us staying at a Residence Inn. We wanted to stay right in this area and we were so happy that we stayed here. This is a very large property with ample parking on site, right close to the room. It's an older property but well maintained and our room was clean and comfortable. There is no road noise, or freeway noise. The breakfast area was nice and the food was good. The area around this Residence Inn is beautiful. There are a lot of great places to eat and shopping is not far away, either. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

The place stunk like old Smokey an gross, there was stains everywhere on the sheets on the floors. There was some weird stain in the tub. I let it all slide cause we were there for a funeral an we got a good deal. But I jus came back home an turns out I caught mono from the hotel room cause they don’t ever clean anything from previous people

Everything about this place was excellent. I called several days ahead to ensure a room on the first floor. Eva was awesome and checked me in. She was also at front desk when I arrived. Professional and friendly. Eva makes this place shine Breakfast was good. Location was excellent.

Very comfy beds and the room had everything you could need or want. The breakfast was good - I appreciated they offered impossible veggie patties! The service was excellent - the guy at the front desk was extremely warm, friendly and helpful. The only down side is the room seemed a little run down.

Stayed here for a few days while house was having repairs done. It's fine, it's not great, it's not awful, it's fine. It needs an update as a lot of the property is quite aging now and you can tell by the chipped paint and old looking furniture in the rooms. The room itself was clean enough, but there were stains that I'm guessing are just from old age of the rooms. It felt safe enough, but I wish there was more lighting on the property for nightmare, as there are dark pockets. I hope Marriott throws some money into this and updates it. It's weird to me how Lake Oswego is lacking in decent lodging options.

Staying here due to house repairs - covered by insurance. Tub does not drain properly while showering. Carpet is filthy with huge stains and had dog hair and food on carpet when first checked in. Using air fresheners due to smell.

Beware! Watch your credit card! The incidental fee they told us would be credited upon check out was not credited! In fact, they double charged us for one week of stay and have refused to credit our account. Even though they have admitted they made a mistake! If you are there because of an insurance situation, beware they will double charge, getting payment from the insurance company and then, charge your credit card as well. Then refuse to give you your money back!

Staying at this hotel was not a good experience. I camp so I can handle most anything but for the money this place needs remodeled and updated. Old and falling apart. It is in a great location and has fabulous possibilities if fixed up. Kind felt like I was in a project area when I stayed there. Lots of longtime residents.
