It's perfect location is within a short walking distance to train station, cafe's, restaurants, Ballarat Fine Art Gallery, Her Majesty's Theatre, Regent Cinemas, Hospitals and the City Circle free transport. This means you can leave your car and walk. It's also only between two to four kilometres to Sovereign Hill, Museum of Australian Democracy at Eureka (MADE), the Ballarat Wildlife Park, as well as beautiful Lake Wendouree and the Botanical Gardens.
Enter into 2A Cardigan Street and find yourself surrounded by bright, natural light from the oversized north-facing windows and open plan concept. Tasmanian oak floors flow throughout the space and the combination living-dining room features a stone bench-top, perfect for formal dinners or spreading out the newspaper for a casual weekend brunch.
The fully stocked galley kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless appliances is the central hub of the ground floor and leads to a beautiful dining/living area with large leather lounge suite perfect for relaxing in front of the SMART TV with full WIFI and Netflix access. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to an enclosed rear deck bathed in afternoon sun. For the winter months a gas log fire will keep you warm and cosy.
The exquisite master bedroom suite super comfortable queen bed with gorgeous ensuite which includes heated towel rail and deep freestanding bath lit from above by a beautiful sky light , for the ultimate bubble bath escape. The glass-walk in shower and its rain-head fixture ensure an invigorating start to the day or a relaxing unwinding at day’s end. All located on the ground floor.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom 2 single beds. Both bedrooms are situated upstairs and both are equipped with comfy pillow top mattresses, electric blankets, ceiling fans and air conditioning/heating when required.

If there was a 4.5 star we would rate it this.We would like a few more pots and pans to cook with.The wood fire wasn't working which we were looking forward to, and the TV upstairs also wouldn't turn on.Other that these couple of things, it is a beautiful comfortable home, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous Location & Beautiful Property
For a girls catchup visiting Ballarat for the weekend, this property ticked all our boxes. Great location, beautifully presented property and a well stocked kitchen for cooking. Communication was excellent and easy check in & out. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Great house in a great location
Lovely house and the location is perfect. Lots of great cafes nearby, asking distance to the city centre, and Lake Wendouree is close by for morning walks.

Peaceful and relaxing
The home is extremely comfortable catering for every need and located in quite surrounds.Well positioned within walking distance to a cafe and Lake Wendouree which hosts a variety of cafes and restaurants.Our friends and ourselves were highly impressed and will return.
