Starting from the booking, Amdemariayam, the owner of the hotel, has taken extended steps to satisfy any of my inquiries. His email was long in detail, except some copied, paste , and proptly replied. A warm welcome, confy room, and services will leave you with special memories. We went for the Nativity, Ethiopian Genna with a family of nine, including three years old kido. Mekuanent Asnake, our tour guide, provided his best with accommodation of our timing, not only guide schedules. He was happy about his job, and the tour was pleasant. Our kids never felt tired at all after walking mountains and always enjoy talking about their experience. Don't hesitate to book your hotel or tour with Panorama view hotel, you will enjoy every second of your time. We couldn't enjoy more due to our time constraint and have to leave after two nights. Thank you, Amedmariam ዓምደ ማርያም and Mekuanent መኳንንት. Greetings from Canada friends!

Great location, wonderful staff, great food.Even on Christmas Eve a bonfire and Christmas tree were prepared for us. We especially remember our guide, Mekuanint, who accompanied us for three days and showed excellent knowledge and great cordiality. He will always remain in our hearts. The hotel is highly recommended.

Our family recently enjoyed a fantastic 2-night stay at the Panoramic View Hotel in Lalibela. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. We appreciate the owner, Amdemariam, for his support in booking the hotel. The hotel offers stunning views, and our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. A big thanks to our tour guide, Deacon Telake Tesfaw, who made our exploration of the 11 Rock-Hewn Churches unforgettable with his knowledge and dedication. Our children loved the stay, and we appreciated the friendly atmosphere. We highly recommend Panoramic View Hotel to anyone visiting Lalibela.

What an amazing view! The staff is warm, friendly and courteous! The food is excellent and I loved all of the furnishing! Loved the no TV, no Internet, and the wonderful panoramic view from every room! Magnificent sunsets over the valley! I wouls hightly recommend this property!

We will stay at this hotel for 10 nights. A few days have already passed and we feel very well. The head of reception Abel is very friendly and tries to help us with what we need. The room is spacious and we really enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony. The staff is friendly and helpful and the room is clean.

Amazing view of Abisynia Highlands from your room and feel of Africa. Service in hotel is very helpfull and is step ahead of next steps, planned by guests. Superb breakfest (Irish style fried eggs, toasts, yummy freshly squezed juice, and many more dishes) is the good start of the day. Room cleaned everyday and towels changed. Personel very helpfull and Owner Amde takes personel care of visitors. Highly recommended.

This is my second visit to The Panoramic Hotel in Lalibella. The area was damaged during the recent troubles and damage can be seen in a few rooms in the hotel. The staff we very happy to fulfil any requests that we made including preparing food that was not oon the menu. During our stay we saw various unidentified flying objects in the night sky. They entertained us during our stay there and even the hotel staff admitted they have never seen these fast moving shape and colour changing lights before. So if you are looking for a safe holiday with lots of historic amenities near the hotel then please contact Adamu on +251 91 178 4004. He was a fantastic guide. My friend thoroughly enjoyed his experience in Lalibella and has not stopped telling everyone about his experience.

One of the best hotels I have ever visited, the room with an amazing view, the balcony, the comfort of the bed, the fully functional bathroom and shower, but best of all, the staff at the reception who are the nicest: Abel, Amlakw, Hftige and Nasri. They were always there to help with amazing customer service. I recommend this hotel as THE place to stay when in Lalibela. I am definitely coming back in the future.
