The rooms are modern and well-designed, and it has a great bathroom and spacious shower. The location is perfect for walking 5 minutes into the historic center of town, where there is a pedestrian shopping street, many restaurants and even more gelaterias. There is street parking with some sections free and the paid meters for the blue lined sections, and after 20:00 you don’t have to pay. There is no elevator and the rooms are two flights up from the street. The first floor is a hair salon. The beds were comfortable, the WiFi Internet superb and we enjoyed the breakfast of cornettos, cappuccinos, juice and packaged toasties. Great housekeeping too.

We had no expectations coming into Lamezia Terme and were pleasantly surprised in so many ways. The hotel was a little tricky to find, look for the signs above the street level. Once we walked up and check in, Mariano was an absolute delight. We parked right in front of the hotel and the room was beautiful and clean. Shower was great. Excellent walking location. Mariano gave us great tips and served us a beautiful breakfast. Highly recommend!

Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli,posizione strategica, palazzo signorile ben curato, gusto nell'arredamento, pulizia ottimale, letti e cuscini di ultima generazione e comodissimi, estrema cortesia e disponibilità dello staff. Non per ultima, la coccola del padrone di casa: un vassoio di frutta di stagione che ci aspettava all'interno della stanza

La camera era molto pulita, bella ed ordinata, benché non fosse molto ampia. Il bagno è moderno e fornito di una doccia con più funzioni. Buona la dotazione di asciugamani e sapone (anche liquido). La tv, piatta e ldi buone dimensioni, si trova collocata in alto di fronte al letto. Molto gradito l'omaggio di frutta fresca e the o tisane da preparare col bollitore. Il b&b utilizza la domotica e questo è un plus da non trascurare. L'unica pecca è l'assenza di ascensore. Tuttavia, si tratta di fare solo 2 rampe di scale e si giunge subito alle camere.

essere coccolati al centro di Lamezia Terme! posizione centrale. Proprietari gentili e attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti. La vera coccola la colazione in camera al mattino all'orario concordato con prodotti locali e personalizzata per le esigenze di ogni cliente. All'arrivo in camera ci hanno accolti con un vassoio di frutta e bottiglie di acqua fresca. La camera è spaziosa, bagno nuovissimo e con tutti i confort. Grazie per tutto. Torneremo presto.

Siamo rimasti una sola notte ospiti in questo Hotel, ma ne siamo rimasti favorevolmente colpiti. La struttura è in centro, con ampia disponibilità di parcheggio (sia a pagamento che gratuito). Mariano e suo padre ci hanno accolti e coccolati, dall'arrivo alla partenza. Le camere ed i bagni molto comode ed arredate con accessori di qualità, la colazione abbondante e di qualità consegnata direttamente in camera, all'orario stabilito. Da non dimenticare il vassoio di benvenuto a base di frutta fresca ed altre delizie. Peccato essere rimasti solo una notte... ma tanto basta per consigliare questa struttura a chi vuole soggiornare in Lamezia Terme. Complimenti!
