Excellent location, comfort, service and food. We were blessed with fantastic weather (April) and the sea view was amazing. Generous food portions and excellent quality. The staff were attentive without being fussy. Arran is a beautiful island and Lamlash is a prime location

We had an excellent stay for two nights in May 2025. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel each night. The staff is wonderful—shout-out to Kyle. The restaurant has great gluten-free and dairy-free options. The bar has a lot of locals in for a drink, and they are very friendly.

I loved meeting my aunties work mates when I was there the food and service from the staff was excellent. I wouldn’t change anything about my aunts work at all the food was 100/100 can’t wait to go back in June to see her again and her work mates..

The location was exceptional and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very good quality but the pre-ordering system was a little restrictive. The standard of the food in the hotel restaurant was excellent and there is a smart bar with a very good selection of whiskies.

Outstanding meal at the hotel, couldn’t recommend more. The produce used was so fresh and the service was incredible. Great views looking over to Holy Isle. The restaurant staff were so accommodating with our various requests and we left with very full tummies. A great end to a day exploring the island.

The hotel is in a beautiful location on sparkly Lamlash bay . Easy to get to from the ferry. Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. Very good food. Clean . A perfect base for travelling round the island including a trip over to Holy Isle. It’s right next to the co-op too.

I've stayed here several times in the last few years and it's always fantastic. The rooms are bright and airy, the staff are friendly and approachable and the breakfast is fantastic - lots of choice. It's also at a wonderful location! I definitely recommend staying here

Fantastic friendly, helpful staff. Room great with everything we needed, very clean and tidy. The evening meal and breakfast was absolutely superb. We went for my partners birthday and we were both delighted with the hotel. We'll be back!!
