This guest house deserves 6 stars. 5 stars are for location, view, value for money, accuracy in small details, homemade jam and food in general. There was no air-conditioning at the counter, and there was no one to check in at the beginning. The room has a musty smell, the whole feeling is not as beautiful as the photos on the Internet, and there is no hot water, hair dryer, I knew it was better to live in HOP INN (crying ～).

Yes its in a tree area, but it is 2022 and there are easy fixes. V v weak connection. 2. This is a new and very nice hotel on the main street in Lampang city centre, very easily found and accessible. It is a tall building with an atrium in the middle and a lot of parking space in front of the building. There is also a restaurant and a cafe at the back. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well-designed in white theme. Breakfast is the only thing which needs improvement. It is cold and not tasty. However, the staff are quite impressive and the most outstanding person to admire is the security guard. There is only 1 security guard there who also acts as the porter. He is extremely service-minded, friendly, attentive and helpful. I think he is the greatest asset of the hotel and deserves to be rated 5 stars!

We stayed 2 nites to attend our son's wedding in Lampang. The room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was simple but adequate. The staff was efficient & friendly. Good hotel if you're in Lampang. The hotel has a nice outdoor garden & is 5 mins walking distance near to Central Mall.

The rooms are large and spacious, there are quite a lot of amenities, close to the community, easy to travel to the city. Anyone who wants to visit Lampang recommends this place. It's close to Central Lampang as well.

The hotel room was good. Spacious clean and fit for purpose. One odd feature was that to plug the kettle in required unplugging the room fridge. Also the room door would not close properly unless a great effort was used. Breakfast was OK, the first day there were no other guests so the breakfast was prepared and brought to the table On the second day a buffet breakfast was available. No lunch available and an evening meal was phoned to a nearby restaurant for delivery. Most of the items on the menu were not available including soft drinks and some beers. The staff were not overly friendly. Overall for the price charged it was ok but not a place for more than a 2/3 day stopover
