You will enjoy a very nice stay in this hotel. All staff is very dedicated, friendly and helps efficiently whenever needed. Our room was located in the main building, it was clean and our only regret was the orientation (rooms 80 to 89 ?) preventing sun rays to enter. There is no balcony. The breakfast is very rich, with bubbles and when the weather allows, you enjoy a view on the hotel beautiful parc. The swimming pool as well as all the wellness facilities are top. If you ask for before you leave (a walk, return trip…) you will receive a complimentary bottle of water. We really recommend !

Perfect stay, staff go above and beyond to make your stay special, complimentary glass of wine on arrival , fruit in the room, chocolates left on the bed at the end of the night. We did not eat in the hotel due to visiting the Andre Rieu concert we didn’t have time. Used pool and sauna facilities which are perfect. Room in the new extension is aesthetically pleasing very modern and tasteful in decor, beds are so comfy and big. The general manager, Marc went out his way to make our trip so special and memorable. We would love to go back to this beautiful hotel and setting one day for another celebration.

We had heard many good things about Butte aux Bois but the experience was beyond our expectations. The accommodation was excellent but, above all, the service we received from all personnel (whether at reception, breakfast, the spa or dinner) was simply impeccable. We will definitely be back.

تحية طيبة ، لم اقيّم أي فندق من قبل مع اني كثيرة التجارب ، لكنني لما وجدت معاملة مميزة وددت أن أشارك في إبداء رأيي للمرة الأولى لأقول انه ترحاب حار ، احترام فريد ، مبنى جميل ، سعة غرف ، وموقع مميز بين أحضان الطبيعة ، وأزيد قولا أن أبني من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة و قد ساعدوني في تأجير سكوتر لتسهيل التنزه في المساحات الخضراء . شكرا لكم ولنا عودة . Good greeting , I have not evaluated any hotel before, although I have many experiences, but when I found special treatment, I wanted to participate in expressing my opinion for the first time to say that it is a warm welcome, unique respect, a beautiful building, spacious rooms, and a distinctive location in the embrace of nature. Special needs and they helped me rent a scooter to facilitate walking in the green spaces. Thank you and we will come back.

Amazing experience, superb location and perfect service by the hotel staff. A hidden gem, beautiful designed hotel and spa with pool, wellness and a variety of treatments and massages in the Shiseido Institute. The perfect getaway for relaxation and the ultimate culinary experience.

We chose La Butte Aux Bois to celebrate on of life’s big moments in stylish, yet cozy settings. What a splendid idea! The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and compassionate. At breakfast the waiter was told about my wife’s birthday and arrived singing ‘happy birthday’ at our table with a sparkler and the oysters (!) we ordered. A very delicious cake was brought to our room later on as a present from the hotel. And in the evening, in the bistro, another waiter brought a new sparkler singing ‘happy birthday’ - and both my wife and I had a glass of excellent dessert wine on the house (thank you so much, friends!). Rooms are huuuge and very well equipped. A fancy Nespresso machine with fresh capsules, a fridge with complimentary sparkling water, Coke and beer. Complimentary fruit and mineral water. Complimentary chocolate every evening. Comfy beds. A bathroom only slightly smaller than a normal hotel room. The spa includes swimming pool with deck chairs at the sides, ordinary sauna, infrared sauna, ice for rubbing your skin and buckets full of ice cold water. Breakfast includes everything that you can possibly dream of - including bobbles and a menu from which you can order your eggs in several ways. Ever tried eggs Benedict? As the name indicates, La Butte Aux Bois Is situated by a forest. Here you’ll find two perfect walking / running routes (approximately 5 and 11 km) - the latter takes you into the nearby national park. Does someone you know deserve to be spoiled completely? La Butte Aux Bois Is THE place to do it.

We enjoyed our spa day here; a warm welcome was given and was followed by a nice breakfast buffet (with bubbels, pancakes, eggs,...) We had a threatment in the morning and a massage the afternoon, we could enjoy the spa facilities all day and had a delicious lunch!

Wonderful hotel in the middle of nature, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the food out of this world and the spa superb. I can highly recommend. I attended on a business trip but kept thinking how my husband would have loved this as a couple of nights away. Next time!
