well, no greeting from staff on arrival or departure and I am a friendly person. I greeted but perhaps was too busy to notice. For a Chinese hotel, this is the best in the area, so I was told by the factory I'm visiting, so I wasn't expecting much, thus I wasn't disappointed.

設施：設施隨時看着老，但是實際還是不錯。設施也比較齊全，牙膏牙刷都不錯，還有棉簽，針線包。有健身房，有游泳池，停車場也挺大，不過春節人多車多還是不夠停。空調外機就在窗外，聲音比較大，希望能改善。
衞生：整個房間一打開門進去第一感覺還可以，但是晚上睡覺的時候衞生間有一股下水道的臭氣擴散到房間來了，要把衞生間門關上才聞不到。
環境：位置就在民族廣場旁邊200米，走路5分鐘就到，春節也比較熱鬧有晚會。晚上也不吵。早餐廳也比較大，環境優雅，菜品也還比較齊全。
服務：帶孩子入住，缺牙刷拖鞋，告訴前台後5分鐘就送來了。
酒店休閑區茶歇:贈送的一罐茶葉，泡了兩泡後味道不錯，不愧為產茶勝地！忘了拍照

酒店也是一家不錯的酒店，酒店房間乾淨，房間大，彩光也好，酒店的前台也是大氣，看起來就是一個特別好住的酒店，我想説的就是酒店的工作一點都不到位，我在酒店裡麪洗澡，洗着洗着，沐浴露打在身上，突然就停水了，酒店也沒有通知要停水，打電話問前台，就説了一句維修，不好意思，就這樣就算了，這麼好住的酒，服務一點都不配這種酒店。

酒店休閑區茶歇:大堂非常大，有一架鋼琴在最中間，一邊是客人休息沙發區，一邊是沖茶台可容納5，6人喝茶談話。門對着的是服務枱辦理入住。
晚上體驗了二樓的足療，是一位佤族小姐妹幫我按的，手勁可真大，非常解壓，點贊表揚！
酒店周邊有夜市，很多吃飯的地方，還有小孩娛樂的場所，孩子玩的很開心，晚上睡得很好！
