I complained to the lobby manager, and the result was that the hotel would clean it up as soon as possible and the swimming pool could be handled the next day. I was almost angry! Then the lobby manager told me that I was very sorry, and the leader specially approved to give me a dinner or a SPA😂😂Do I need your meal? ! I refused directly and called Ctrip to complain. Ctrip negotiated a 20% discount on the first night's room rate. I can only say that the leadership of this hotel is not qualified to run a luxury hotel. They don't even understand what the needs of luxury hotel customers are. They are extremely low-level! I clearly told Ctrip that I did not accept the hotel's handling result. Ctrip negotiated until 10 o'clock in the evening. In the end, the hotel did not give in, and Ctrip gave me some compensation. The next day, even if I couldn't find another good hotel temporarily, I checked out and left directly. I really didn't want to be a sucker in this stupid hotel! What I want to say is that you can't call yourself a luxury hotel by setting a high room rate. If you don't pursue detailed management and service, you are just a copycat. Last year's May Day, I went to Guangxi Chongzuo LUXE. In comparison, it completely crushed this Bailian.

The hotel we passed by on our trip to Jingmai Mountain had very professional and considerate service, and there were many activities, such as making refreshments, and the Lahu ethnic song and dance performances. It was a great experience and worth recommending.
