Location in downtown Pennsylvania Square, very convenient for strolling, with paid parking

Great location and friendly staff (thanks for all your help Ahmed!). Accommodations were clean and well maintained! Parking is easy in the garage next door and there are lots of great restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is in the city center, with free parking spaces, and the rooms are a bit artistic. Nice hotel. There is a large gym opposite the hotel. It is a community fitness center for locals. It only costs $40 a year!

Most recent visit to the Cork Factory was wonderful, as it has always been over the years. Unlike some others, we have never heard our neighbors, and the room was comfortable, clean, and had a wonderful shower. Coffee 6—10 am in lobby was delicious and when we asked we got a great list of breakfast restaurants in the area— we chose Prince Street Cafe and the food there was super. ( There is a small area of refrigerated food for sale in the lobby, so you will not starve.)The Cork and Cap Restaurant on site served dinner Wednesday through Saturday, and we liked the food and the service so much the first night, that we went there again on the second night. Finally, I had some visitors, and it was very nice to host them in the hotel lobby. Will be back anytime we are in Lancaster.

I rarely review though we travel a lot as a family. This property is exceptional. Build and design is well thought out. Service and maintenance is top notch.

This is a beautiful quaint hotel. This is our second time there. Went on a Sunday but most things are closed that day. We walked their grounds, fed the ducks. Dining room was closed but tavern was open. Only thing we didn’t care for was the moody bartender. He seemed frustrated and had no personality. Last time we had someone totally different. I can’t wait to go back hopefully he is in a better mood. All together it’s a wonderful place
