A fair price for the rooms. Still have rooms to improve.

Overall disappointed with the stay. The room on the ground floor was next to a staircase which was very noisy all night. The customer up above was also very noisy walking around his/her room. Apart from the noise, the room was very clean and tidy.

Lovely spacious clean room, with a bath and a shower. Very comfortable king size bed. Very quiet. Easy accessible and convenient location. Friendly staff. Excellent price. I loved the late check out time of 12.00pm which made the experience very relaxing. Thank you.

Breakfast was a disgrace. Your cooked English breakfast was awful, the ingredients used looked terrible even before starting to eat it. The overall quality of the beans, sausage & egg specifically were poor & tasteless. I told the staff at the time & they were not really interested, no refund was offered.

I've not yet stayed at the Premier Inn in Lancaster, however I felt compelled to recognise excellent customer service in advance of the trip. I contacted Shadi today as I was concerned with being allocated a triple room (1 double, 1 sofa bed) as I'd booked a twin room for my mum and I. This is standard practice at Premier Inn if twin beds are not available. After speaking with Shadi, I got a call back within 5 minutes to say he had checked all of the rooms for our period of stay and managed to find us a room to make my mum more comfortable during our stay. Small touches like this make a huge difference to customer experience. Thank you Shadi, we are very grateful for going the extra mile for us.

This is not upto the standards that premier Inn portray re: good night sleep & they quote, “CleanProtect™ - our enhanced cleaning regime” this is certainly not the case here. We had been on an 8 hour journey with my 9 yr old granddaughter & 6 month old grandson so we were looking forward to our promised night of comfort from Premier Inn! When we opened our door to the room there was a strong smell of damp & damp marks on the walls, & skirtings were heavy with dust & black mould, clearly hadn’t been cleaned. We complained to the receptionist who moved us to another room. The room didn’t smell as strong but still had damp patches to which he said, “when you go for dinner I will clean those areas for you” When we returned he had cleaned as we could smell bleach & air freshener. If we had arrived earlier & not had such a long trip with 2 small children I would have left & booked elsewhere. The room just felt unclean & we couldn’t wait to leave. *the pictures I have uploaded are from the room we were moved too, so you can imagine what the first room was like…*
