If you are looking for a very special experience, this is the one. Location couldn’t be better and view to the valley and Mont Blanc is outstanding. Access to the lifts and return from the slopes are the most convient we have experienced. Chalets are spacy and well equipped with good modern taste, Think about having several balconys to two directions. Our fantastic experience began when we the room booking (please do that directly via hotel website) and continued while communicated with the reception. At the time of arrival we got a very nice surprise (that’s a secret), which really uplifted the atmospere. Half boad strongly recommended, food is great with good twist by the kitchen. Service in general is friendly, but not too overwhelming - we liked that! Please remember to enjoy a afterski moment at the outside bar (if weather is not good, choose inside one). Thank you! Amazing location right on the slopes. Impossible to get a better spot. You can arrive at reception with your skies on! Stayed there with my family … total 10 of us for Christmas holidays. Our chalet was super spacious and nicely designed. Big living room, 4 bedrooms + an additional one with an indépendant entrance. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Dinner was included in our package and it was delicious each night. They also have a community room / bar where you can play with board games or just chilled.

Wonderful hotel - the warmest welcome from Julie, and ideal location able to ski straight to chairlift about 30m away. Rooms clean and comfortable with wonderful views of mountains (including Mont Blanc) from the balcony. Thank you to Jeffery who was always happy to chauffeur back and forth, with small children in our group it was so helpful! Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay - I would definitely make this my hotel of choice for future les arcs trips!

This place is a real gem. The chalets are spacious (we were a group of two families) and well-designed with stunning views. There is easy ski in and ski-out access to several lifts. There’s a hearty breakfast and dinner with the half-board option. However, it’s the friendly and helpful people here that made this stay outstanding. The manager, Julie, goes to great lengths to make sure her guests have all the things they need (and she knows everyone in Les Arcs since she grew up here) . She’s clearly instilled the same approach in all her staff - nothing was too much trouble.

We have really enjoyed our holiday and we are already planning to return. The hotel is very well placed for a ski in/ski out experience. The food is amazing and their recommendation of the Privilege ski school was spot on. A much better and comfortable alternative to a Club Med holiday!

We stayed at Hotel L'Augille Grive, Les Arc 1800 for 7 nights in July 24. It was the first week of the summer season so the hotel only had a few guests. We stayed in a ground floor double room with lovely views of the mountains The hotel is situated above the main village but is easily accessible 10 minutes on foot if you are reasonably fit. The room is small but equipped with everything you need. There is a kettle in the room but no fridge. However fresh milk was available if needed. The staff were so welcoming and helpful and looked after our every need. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and varied despite only having so few guests. The evening meals were varied and cooked to perfection. If there was something on the menu that wasn’t suitable then the chef would cook up something else to suit your tastes. Les Arc 1800 was a great place to stay in the summer. There are lots of activities to suit all ages. We enjoyed several walks in the mountains. There is a good walk around the golf course starting from the hotel. We would recommend this hotel and we look forward to going back again.

We booked a last minute 4 day break in one of the ground floor bedrooms at l’Aiguille Grive chalet hotel and had a great stay. The hotel was very well placed, our room was comfortable, dinners were varied and delicious and breakfast was copious. Service was excellent, including collection and return of boots and skis, and staff were all very accommodating and friendly.

The staff were warm and welcoming, the hotel was cozy and the food was excellent. We enjoyed a lovely week and would only change the amount of snow! The lounge/bar area was our favorite, and this is a widely underutilized space for guests to enjoy a drink or round of billiards after dinner. Note: We did not include dinner in our reservation as there was interest in exploring and eating out most nights. Unfortunately this worked against us as the best alternative restaurants appear to be in 2000. We'll know better next time!
