The staff were friendly, and it was pretty quiet. The room was also nice, however the shower had big gaps for water to escape, there was some hair left on the drain and the shower toiletries were empty.

So I was impressed with a few things. Firstly, the outside is older looking and could do with a redo. The ammenities were actually pretty good. The hair dryer was a brand new looking Dyson thing. Pity I don't use hair dryers.
It was fairly quiet from the road noise but there was someone upstairs making noise at 7am on a Sunday morning. Not cool. No sleep in and so it ruined it a bit for me.
Otherwise the place is ok for the price and I'd stay there again. Just not with the noisy cleaner or whatever it was. Squirrels, possums, elephants. We'll never know.

The front desk service was very good and the location was easy to find. It might be because the price of 160AU/night in the off-season was better than many apartments, so we moved here after staying in the apartment for 4 nights. It should be noted that the check-out time is early, which is 9:00-10:00 local time, and the check-in time needs to be after 14:00

I ordered an executive room, but it turned out to be a twin room with 0.8 single beds, which were very light. There was no water in the room, and there was a power outage. It rained one day when we stayed there, and the bathroom roof leaked. When I went to the toilet, water dripped all over my feet.
I couldn't sleep at night because the noise outside was very loud. The so-called swimming pool downstairs was a very small pool, so dirty that I couldn't put water in it. I wanted to check out, but I had to stay for another two nights before I could refund, which meant I had to stay for three nights in total. I almost got depressed after changing hotels.

The overall stay experience is good, and the price/performance ratio is quite high. The room facilities are very new and clean. The front desk service attitude is very good and they also help to call a taxi. It is a 15-minute walk from the Chinese district Chatswood, and there is a bus stop next to it. Recommended.

Nice stay in a clean room. It is close to the train and bus which makes transport to the city easy. Only downside was the wifi. Of the 4 nights we only had wifi 1 night.

Bad reviews. The hotel address is not clearly marked in the front, which makes it easy to identify. It is easy to make a wrong reservation. The store does not communicate with customers at all. It is very strong and impersonal. All can only be conveyed by Ctrip. Ctrip search still ranks it in the first position. Does the hotel give a high commission? It is really a rubbish hotel
