Langfang Guangyang District 5-star Hotels

Recently, I went to the Dream of Red Mansions Drama Fantasy City for fun. As usual, I stayed at Wanyuehui Hotel. Overall, the hotel level is good. ① Bedding and supplies: As always, I personally like Wanyuehui's bedding and washing brands very much, but the pillow support of this store is a bit poor. It may be too long. It is not convenient for friends who like to sleep with high pillows. You can ask for more pillows. ② Hygiene: The overall hygiene of the executive suite of the hotel is acceptable. ③ Service level: The attitude of the hotel staff is very good. I like it here. The problems encountered during the stay have been effectively solved. The attitude is really sincere. The service details need to be optimized, such as the night bed service and welcome fruit, etc. need to improve the standards. ④ Member experience: It is quite satisfactory. The lounge is not open and replaced by the set meal of the hotel's Chinese restaurant (the taste is acceptable). The hotel breakfast category and taste standard level are good. The attention and rights implementation of Wanyuehui members are not bad. ⑤ Location: Next to Langfang Wanda Plaza, in the city center, it is very convenient to travel. ⑥ Special praise! I would like to praise the manager on duty on the night of check-in (I forgot to ask his name). I was not feeling well and needed ibuprofen urgently at 3 a.m., but the hotel medicine box was not prepared. The manager on duty offered to help me buy it at the pharmacy outside! I like the service awareness, but I don’t want to be troubled, hahaha, so I ordered takeout by myself in the end. I only stayed for one night, and the overall experience was not bad. I also talked a lot with the manager on duty before checking out. I can feel the intention to improve the problem from the attitude of the staff. In general, as a hotel in 2014, as long as it is repaired regularly, the hardware is not a problem. For Jiahua, the reason for choosing this hotel is more about hygiene and service. If you come to Langfang for business or travel, I still recommend it.

I chose this hotel when I went out with my family. The hotel is in a good location. It is very close to the Red House and it takes about ten minutes to drive there. The hotel also has free parking. There are many handicrafts in the hotel lobby. The Xianglong cup is very beautiful. The room we arranged for a high floor has good lighting and a good view. The room is clean and hygienic. There is also a gym in the hotel with complete facilities. They also helped to send children's toiletries. The service is very thoughtful. The breakfast in the western restaurant has many delicious dishes. I am satisfied

The room is very spacious, well-equipped, and the double bathroom is very friendly. The room is located on the 20th floor with a good view, especially suitable for night view. It is equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and the coffee tastes good. There are free mineral water and fruit. The room service is very thoughtful, responsive, and quick to solve problems, which is particularly worthy of praise. The hotel parking is free, and it is very convenient to drive. In addition, the service is very considerate. The booking includes 2 breakfasts. After asking about adding breakfast at the front desk, I immediately called to ask and added a breakfast for free. The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym, but I didn't experience it. Overall, the hotel service is very good and the attitude is particularly good. It can be said to be the best hotel in Langfang. The location is not far from Wanda Plaza, and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk there, which is also convenient for shopping and eating.

I was in a hurry to have breakfast in the restaurant in the morning. I forgot my room number, but I had the room card. I told the waiter that I forgot my room number but I had the room card. Could you check it for me? The waiter insisted. A foreign guest in front of me could go to the restaurant to eat without telling the room number. I was discriminated against by the waiter in my own country.

It is indeed a treasure family hotel. We booked two 2-meter bed rooms. It was written that we should check in at 14:00, but one room was already cleaned up at 12:00. We checked in one room in advance and got a free upgrade. The environment is super good. The waiters at the front desk customer service center are very friendly. We originally planned to go to the Red Mansion Theater, but the hotel was not enough for two days and one night. The breakfast is very rich. There are food stalls, stir-fried dishes, and hot pot for lunch and dinner. Except for the hot pot, we went to the food stalls twice and the stir-fried dishes (Yuanshan Family Banquet), which are all great! The hotel environment is super good and super photogenic! The whole family had a lot of fun! Will come again!

賓館很新，房間非常乾淨。空調和熱水都非常給力。床的舒適度很高，床品毛巾也真的是，非常非常新。並且提供了乾濕拖鞋。從細節看確實是非常用心的。 早餐種類不是很多，但味道很好。怎麼説呢，食材算不上高檔，但是原材料品質真不錯，還是那兩個字：用心。（水果很新鮮很新鮮） 酒店的工作人員實在是太太太nice了。看了別的評價過來的，其實我也是好奇“工作人員素質高”到底是怎樣的。確實…！真的是素質高。經歷過太多千篇一律的標準式服務，這家酒店着實讓我體驗了一把什麼叫賓至如歸。 大堂的魚池實在是太美啦！工作人員還很貼心的提供了魚食，真是美好的行程。

We booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at ”Holiday Inn Langfang”, this time around. Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service ”a lack of service”, being the primary reason. Nevertheless, we wanted to try the ”Suites” section this time, and also see if things have improved. Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in. This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests. Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years. Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good. The ”suite” has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable. We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com). We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week. Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese. This is still the case, WHY? As it's an ”International Brand”, hence we expect a level of English as well. This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels. With that said, we received excellent service from ”Allen”, whom tried his best to meet our requirements. (Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him). There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.

The hotel has convenient parking, a good buffet breakfast, and freshly ground coffee tastes good. The service is good, the front desk provides warm mineral water, it is clean and hygienic, and I was given a refrigerator magnet when I checked out. I will come again next time.

I took my family to avoid the crowds before May 1st. I chose this Atour. The overall experience is very good. At that time I came here late, but I didn't expect there to be a parking space. Parking is very convenient. Now this season, the air conditioner has started to cool down. The temperature is very suitable, and the sound insulation of the room is also very good. It was arranged for me to face the direction of the community, there is no noise, the room is very quiet, and I have a good rest at night; I will choose this Atour when I return, it is highly recommended.
