Romantic Hotels in Langfang

Amy at the front desk has a good service attitude, the hotel has free parking on the ground, the room facilities are complete, the check-in experience is good, and I will stay here next time. The front desk is a good boy who returns the lost money, praise! Next to the hotel is Wanda Plaza, where there are many places to eat.

I am so satisfied with the hotel I chose for this trip! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the meticulous service. The green plant Phalaenopsis at the front desk is elegant and beautiful, the room is spotlessly clean, and the hotel restaurant has exquisite dishes and tastes great. Next time I come here, I will definitely stay here again! It is very close to the Dream of Red Mansions Drama Fantasy City, there is a 7-11 opposite, and there are restaurants nearby.

I feel that the hotel is very cost-effective. I went there during the Chinese New Year. I wanted to book a small yellow duck room, but the room did not come with breakfast, so I was forced to choose an executive room. I unexpectedly received three full simple meals, and the sandwiches were delicious. The hotel's central air conditioning is more comfortable and not particularly dry. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, especially the lady at the front desk, who is kind and patient in explaining the precautions.

Facilities: The wireless broadband problem is too big, we need to learn from other Langfang hotels. If this problem is not solved, it is not qualified to be called a five-star hotel. Hygiene: OK, hope to maintain it well. Environment: OK, it is convenient to go everywhere. Service: Except for the front desk, everything else is average.

Are they affordable, or just plain cheap skates? ”The least you expect, the more satisfied you will be”. Where do I start... A four letter word starting with S and ending with T, comes to mind, when thinking about rating this hotel, in terms of service received. Front of house (seven or more staff), including the duty manager, were ”hanging around” the back of the counter, upon our arrival. A toothbrush, and a comb, that's it, that's what you can expect to find during your stay. Too much effort for them to even supply something as basic, as a shower cap. It's mid March, and can you guess, what music is playing in the background? Christmas music, clearly, there is no supervision and oversight from regional management, or just a lack of common sense. The rooms are dark, and have a dodging feel to them. In the dining area, where breakfast is served, you will find that the descriptions of the dishes on display, are solely in Chinese. No English whatsoever, yet, ”they” want to ”run” an Internationl / English brand. This branch, is in my opinion not worthy to represent an international brand. Perhaps, retraining or change of management, would be an option. Until then, this establishment will never see us again, nor will we recommend them.

We booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at ”Holiday Inn Langfang”, this time around. Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service ”a lack of service”, being the primary reason. Nevertheless, we wanted to try the ”Suites” section this time, and also see if things have improved. Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in. This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests. Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years. Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good. The ”suite” has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable. We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com). We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week. Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese. This is still the case, WHY? As it's an ”International Brand”, hence we expect a level of English as well. This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels. With that said, we received excellent service from ”Allen”, whom tried his best to meet our requirements. (Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him). There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.

Good location, convenient transportation, comfortable room. When I checked in, Han, Li and Guo were on duty. They came a little late and told me where to eat. The service was very warm and thoughtful, which deserves a reward. The breakfast was great, with cold dishes, hot dishes, meat dishes, vegetarian dishes and fruits. I must give a good review!

This time I stayed at Langfang Qixiu Hotel, and the experience was great! The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and you will feel a sense of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle as soon as you step in. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, soft and comfortable bedding, and a good night's sleep. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, from the front desk to the guest room, they are responsive. Qixiu has distinctive cultural characteristics, and you can feel the influence of traditional culture everywhere in the hotel. The restaurant has rich dishes, authentic taste, and rich breakfast varieties. The surrounding supporting facilities are complete and convenient for travel. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, Langfang Qixiu Hotel is a good choice, highly recommended!
