Beds are nice and comfy. Location wise the hotel is great. Close to the beach and all restaurants. Right across a 7-11 also. But the facilities are a bit run down, the tap water is salted water. They should definitely renovate the hotel if they can.

The hotel is in a great location just steps away from the beach, restaurants and shopping. It's a great base to explore Langkawi. The rooms were OK a little old could do with a little updating, but they were clean and comfy. The staff were very friendly. Overall we had a great stay. I had no pictures of room only the beach.

The location is good. Rooms are old but big and not clean. they don't clean room everyday and comes at 4pm to clean when baby was sleeping.
the frontdesk staffs are rude and racist. you cannot ask them a simple question. they will call you names and keep you waiting for no reason.
breakfast is average, not a full continental breakfast, but okay.
the swimming pool is small, my houses pool is 5 times bigger than this. and the water was not clean.
overall it was a bad experience. not worth the 500rm I paid for 2 nights. being a 2star wouldn't have expected much, but their racism and rudeness was beyond expectation

If you are looking for a hotel close to the beach.. Malibest is one of the best options. Deluxe family room on the 3rd floor can see the beauty of the sea. Cleanliness in the room is ok. The staff service is also good. The only problem is that the parking lot is quite limited, but the staff who take care of the parking lot are very helpful. Nearby places to eat.. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Malibest and will come again.

First time went to malibest were 2018. On 2018 malibest were great! Came back on 2025, alot of things has changed and it were greater than before! Its good!

I came to the hotel lobby at 2pm to check in, and the front office girl asked to come back to the hotel at 3pm.The room given to me was the ground floor which has no balcony, no view, no window, no light.
I felt very disappointed why they couldn't give me a higher floor which is in better condition?
Finally, she gave it to me on the 2nd floor.
The room was okay.
I spent most of my time going out such as go for a cable car, I didn't enjoy the swimming pool after seeying so crowded
Seaview during breakfast was no great.
