Amazing place for kids! Everyone was so personable and hospitable and my 9yo felt comfortable wandering around the hotel on her own (especially as staff made the effort to learn her name!). She was so happy she wrote a thank you card to Creamy - guest relations extraordinaire :).
The kids amenities are super cute and roti canai breakfast super yummy. The Peranakan restaurant super delicious and beautiful too!

Very exclusive feel to the hotel. Clean and big room. Breakfast was really delicious and lots of variety. The pier beside the hotel had closed down so you need to travel out for any food etc.

The stay was good, they helped us with early check in and late check out. The view from the hotel is great. The staff is attentive. The food is good too.
What could be better is :

We were celebrating our anniversary so any tiniest of cake or flowers would elevate the experience

The staff of this hotel is very friendly and cooperative.The chef of this hotel helped me as I am allergic to many food . I like the hotel ambience and staying here it’s worth it . Whenever I came to Langkawi I will definitely visit in this hotel

The overall stay was good. Was disappointed the rooms took so long to be ready. Had to wait 2 hours to get our rooms. The breakfast standard has also dropped compared to my last visit. Otherwise, the staff are quite friendly and willing to help.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The food was delicious at all restaurants, and the cleanliness throughout the facility left a lasting impression. The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable, ensuring a pleasant experience. Although the beach's sand was pristine, the sea's transparency was slightly affected by the wind, yet it remained beautiful. I would definitely choose this place again when I return to Langkawi Island.

It’s one of the worst experiences in this hotel. The front desk, named FAFA, she even wouldn’t like to answer one mor question, and she didn’t know how to say sorry and thanks. The worst service she provided. The Asian restaurant in the hotel caused my daughter diarrhea, but the hotel did not take any responsibility for that, and even without a sorry for that. Really really not recommended!
