Professional Host, Semi-Urban area near beach and airport, Quiet Nature view near surrounded by paddy field Went for a business trip. Looked for a place near to beach and airport. This guest house definitely a perfect choice for me. Quiet environment with semi-urban nature view surrounded with paddy field. Enjoying my short break before my flight while looking at paddy fields, playful birds, buffalo, small flamingo (I was told it is quite rare, guess I am that lucky!) and even eagle flying around. I wished I bring my binocular at that time :'( The owner is very professional. Helped me arrange my transportation and shuttle service. He created itinerary for me, suggest few places to visit, places to eat, activities to do and shopping spots. The neighborhood is very welcoming too, which make myself feels at home. Planning to bring my family to Langkawi and stay here for my next visit. Thanks Mr. Wan!

Value for money! Very beautiful place with a friendly host! Nature value accommodation, made us feel relax and enjoying outskirt life. Made us feel at home. They even provide a full complete facilities which make your stay even more comfortable. It was our first time in Langkawi and had no idea how to plan out our trip. But then the owner reached his hand by helping us on suggesting what and what. Definitely will come to this place again for our next Langkawi Trip! Thank you so much for the warm greeting and priceless memory. ^_^

Had a very unpleasant experience here. Owner won’t help u in any kind of issue. They literally harass customers to clean the guest house. Very bad experience. Don’t opt for this guest house or any guest house of Hj Hassan , including paddy field guests of same owner. Owner has no regard or right or wrong. A weird Russian was shouting of customers and this owner was blaming others for going near him what! Weirdest owner ever. Don’t go there unless u wanna be creeped out by these people.
