Firstly, I would like to commend your staff, particularly Mr. Wan from the Lancava team. His warm hospitality and excellent recommendations made a significant positive impact on our stay. His dedication and service truly stood out, and I am grateful for the wonderful dining suggestions he provided, which my family thoroughly enjoyed.
On another positive note, the bed in our room was exceptionally comfortable, allowing us to enjoy a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the pool area and the overall ambience of the hotel were delightful, making it a pleasant environment to unwind.
However, there were several aspects of our stay that were less than satisfactory. We encountered issues with housekeeping, as the initial room assigned had spoilt candy left behind and an unpleasant odor. Although we were moved to another room, it also had cleanliness issues, including used plastic on the bathtub edge and stained blankets and bedsheets. It seems further training in housekeeping would be beneficial to maintain your establishment’s standards.
Moreover, the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, but unfortunately, the taste did not meet expectations, and the plates appeared stained, which detracted from the dining experience.
I share these insights with the hope that they will be helpful in enhancing the experience for future guests.
