Un hotel situado a medio camino entre Sama y la Felguera (más cerca de la Felguera) en el concejo de Langreo. Está a cinco minutos de la estación de cercanías de la Felguera, lo que le da comunicación fácil con Oviedo y Avilés. Por carretera esta cerca del acceso al PN de Redes. El hotel está bien, es confortable, las habitaciones cómodas y funcionales y la relación calidad precio bastante buena en general. Se nota cierta dejadez en la conservación de elementos de decoración, notable sobre todo en el patio interior que ha conocido tiempos mejores.
