多層樓，住一樓，有晾曬地方，有飲水機，整體滿意，性價比可以。附近有幾個吃飯地方，有麪包房，有零食飲料水果補給商店。唯一不足之處是入住時不知有地方晾曬，以致第二天為等衣物幹浪費半天行程。如有機會經過以後還會考慮入住。

318公益徒步沿途酒店住宿第十二天-郎溪縣十字鎮大富貴酒店賓館23日下午四點左右到達郎溪縣十字鎮大富貴酒店賓館，酒店是民房改造的，辦理登記入住入住，老闆娘熱情好客。進入房間，面積夠大，設備齊全，實用為主，放下行李，洗了個澡，剛才上樓看見樓梯口衞生間裏有個洗衣機，詢問老闆娘是否可以使用。洗完衣服，用急救包裏的碘伏把腳上磨破皮的地方擦洗一下，上了點葯膏。晚上吃飯時，附近飯店關門，酒店也自帶餐飲，但是也打烊了。衹能通過**外賣下單，腳痛不想走路了。結果拼單享優惠了。酒店周邊交通不便，附近飯店和超市有，但沒有可供選擇的，房間衞生打掃的還可以。綜合評分能給4顆星吧，畢竟在小鎮上，還遠離小鎮中心位置。下樓拿外賣時，跟老闆娘聊天，老闆娘挺健談的，聊了下本地的風土人情，農特產品，説本地悶醬特別有名，徽菜的靈魂就是豆瓣醬。最後聊到了食品安全和自己種菜養點雞鴨。吃完上樓休息。又是痛並快樂的一天。
