頭一天訂了房，由於行程突變，1小時內想取消，平台協調酒店，客服表示，酒店需要收取20%手續費，無奈衹好自行轉讓。
轉讓網友反饋入住環境根本就不符合500一晚的標準，假4鑽名不虛傳。
網友反饋: 水小温度低，連洗個熱水澡都這麼困難。
空調一直雜音不斷，無法入眠，不開又不舒適，這是十分難受。

這次入住的酒店真的超出了我的預期！從踏入酒店大堂的那一刻起，就感受到了無比的温馨與熱情，前台工作人員小宋熱情周到。馬上送上茶水，邊上籃子裏還有小吃和水果，房間寬敞明亮，佈置得非常精緻，早餐豐富多樣，口味極佳，能滿足不同人的需求 ，地理位置也十分優越，周邊交通便利，還可以接送去古城，非常不錯

從酒店去古城很方便，酒店有專車送到古城西門，衹要和前台工作人員提出用車要求，他們就會馬上聯繫司機，服務很不錯，在生日當天還專門送來禮物🎁，謝謝！尤其是客服管家小宋美女，工作細心周到，點贊！還有門僮帥哥來回都幫忙拿行李。酒店設施和衞生都挺好，早餐也很豐富。酒店就在嘉陵江邊，江邊景色很美。閬中山清水秀，真是個風水寶地。

餐廳給予我們最美味、豐盛的早餐，餐廳工作人員不但能儘量滿足客人個性化需求，廚房工作人員的菜品鹹淡適宜，色香味俱全。尤其要感謝餐廳一位女士（電話號碼為***********塗女士通過快遞查看到），在和客房前台和主管部門溝通無果的前提下，我們嘗試和她溝通，不想她欣然的接受了我們的請求，不辭辛勞休息日為我跑數十公里採購到了閬中的新鮮香爐草，並且代為寄遞物品，為我們在百里之外對酒店、閬中留存芳香和留戀。這位女工作人員做好事不留名，希望酒店代為轉達誠執的謝謝！

酒店整體不錯，讓我滿意的：1.地下停車場有慢充，在前台操作，一元一度；2.感覺酒店工作人員都極為熱情，辦理退房時的胥雪梅讓我印象最深刻；3.房間空間上還不錯；4.地理位置不錯，嘉陵江邊，裏古城也近！
再説説不足：房間沒電視給的投影儀，奈何幕牆不行，看的人費眼

中秋去閬中玩兒，看了好評很多就選的這家酒店，真的，我也要大大的好評！！！服務環境這些大家都在誇那我就再説説一些好評的細節吧，首先是房間有準備睡衣，其次是晚上有醋泡桶，還有小瓶的藍月亮手洗液，以及還有卸粧水洗面奶，對女生也太友好了吧！！！還有一次性涼拖都有裝在消毒好的袋子裏，真的細節好評滿滿，超級棒！！！
