The hotel environment is actually OK, except for the old facilities and a lot of mosquitoes, but the service attitude of the hotel staff is really unbearable! ! I really don't want to give it a star. Three rooms cost almost two thousand yuan a night. If I hadn't brought my family with me, I would have complained and left on the same day! First: When I checked in at the front desk at around five o'clock in the afternoon, I saw that there was a firewood chicken set meal for 468. I booked a table. The set meal included snacks, hot drinks, a box of beer, and a lot of things such as machine hemp. We paid a deposit of 200 according to the requirements of the front desk. The front desk said that it would be ready around 6:30. When the time came, I called the front desk, and they said they had to wait for half an hour. At seven o'clock, we went there and found that it was not cooked yet. They told us that there were still ten minutes. After ten minutes, they said they would take twenty minutes. In the end, our family, young and old, fed mosquitoes outside for an hour and didn't have dinner until after eight o'clock! ! Here comes the point: During the meal, I asked the waiter why the hot drink was not served, and the waiter said no, so I thought it was fine, but when I paid the bill, I was charged for a bottle of beer (note⚠️The firewood chicken set meal includes 12 bottles of beer). I immediately expressed my dissatisfaction. I said that there were so many things in the set meal, such as the mahjong machine, which I didn't use, and the hot drinks and side dishes were also fine, so why should I pay for the beer separately? The staff's explanation was extremely ridiculous. He said that because we didn't serve you a set meal, but a separate pot of firewood chicken, so the other things were not included, and we charged 468 for this pot of chicken. It's not about a bottle of beer! ! I really can't understand it! ! Because when I ordered the meal, I saw the set meal brochure and ordered it (and the hotel also pulled a huge banner to promote the 468 firewood chicken set meal!!) I argued with the waiter for a few words, and he looked like I don't want to answer you, I don't know what the front desk told you, but I just want to charge so much money! ! I paid 514 for a pot of firewood chicken plus the deposit in the end⚠️ (it was the pot in the picture, the picture was posted by other customers I found on **) I was originally planning to stay for three days, and after one night I decided to pack up and move to another place. When I checked out, I was going to tell the front desk about the firewood chicken the day before and ask how their hotel charges. As a result, as soon as I walked in, the front desk attitude was extremely cold. Without even looking at it, I just said: Just leave the room card here! (The tone was very bad) ⚠️⚠️And!!! The next day when we drove out for lunch, we just got in the car and found that the tire was punctured! The left front wheel was flat, and we found a mechanic to come and see that the outer and inner tires were punctured. We had only driven a few hundred kilometers the day before and nothing happened. The car was parked in the hotel for one night and the tire was punctured. And it was not a small hole caused by a nail, but a huge and long hole. The tire was directly deflated! ! It was terrible! We didn't even have a meal, and called roadside assistance to change the tire! ⚠️A reminder for friends who want to stay here! ! Run! Don't come! ! Coming here is just asking for trouble! If the hotel management can see my comment, really, if your staff don't change, your hotel will close sooner or later. The attitude is extremely bad. I have never encountered such an annoying person! I lowered my expectations for a hotel that costs hundreds of dollars, but I was really annoyed when I came out to play. I have stayed in many good hotels, and you are the first one to write hundreds of words of bad reviews! !

I suggest you don't stay at this hotel. You have to stay in the hotel at night. There is only one waiter. Because the hotel covers a large area, I wanted to ask the waiter to take me to the room, but he refused and asked me to find it myself in the dark courtyard. There was no buffet for breakfast the next day. There were only two bowls of porridge and a few pre-made buns and dumplings. The room rate with breakfast was 298, and without breakfast was 228. It's not worth it.
