房間衞生不乾淨，床上有頭髮，積分兑換的歡迎水果直到離開酒店都沒有提供，隔音效果太差了。房間竟然沒有熱水，而且水流特別小，真是無語至極。

酒店位於七裏新區，交通便利，房間設施很新，環境衞生做的很到位，客房工作人員服務態度熱情周到，早餐也很豐富;有大型停車場，停車很方便，打車去古城也就十分鐘，這次入住體驗非常好!!來閬中旅遊就選落下閎大酒店，準沒錯!下次還來!

這次入住的酒店雖然能看出設施有些年頭了，比如傢俱表面有輕微使用痕跡、部分電器款式偏舊，但服務完全彌補了這一點，讓人印象特別深刻。從入住時前台主動幫忙提行李、耐心介紹周邊路線，到入住期間有需求打電話後工作人員很快響應，甚至第二天出門時保潔阿姨還貼心提醒當天有雨記得帶傘，每個細節都能感受到用心。如果更看重居住時的服務體驗，這裏還是很值得推薦的，要是後續能對設施做些更新，體驗感應該會更棒～
