El Hotel es muy antiguo y poco adaptado al promedio actual. Te obligan a Desayuno (que por cierto es pésimo: café horrible, zumos de polvo, chacinas grasientas, etc, en resumen, nada saludable) porque hasta las 10 de la mañana no hay cafeterías abiertas a una distancia razonable. Es la viva imagen de un pueblo en decadencia al que el monopolio ejercido por la empresa que gestiona el Balneario (Relais Termal) no le ha sentado nada de bien, ya que ha cerrado o agonizan muchos negocios de restauración que se han vuelto obsoletos, de baja calidad y muy caros. En resumen, llevo visitando Lanjarón, y ese hotel en concreto, desde principios de los 90 y como esta última vez no he visto tan mal ni el hotel ni el pueblo en sí.

Fuimos con viaje del IMSERSO , el hotel esta anticuado, el desayuno todos los dias lo mismo y con poca variedad, la comida con muy escasa variedad, habia dias que solo habia carne o pescado nada mas y solo un tipo. Tenian una pequeña cafeteria que estuvo cerrada los 10 dias que estuvimos. El salon de juegos con dos mesas solamente. Lo unico posivo el personal del comedor.

El hotel está bien para una escapada. Y el precio de la noche, 80 euros con desayuno y una hora de acceso al balneario lo veo correcto. La atención de recepción muy bien pero el hotel no está adaptado para ser un tres estrellas. Muy anticuado todo y dejadez en algunas partes de las instalaciones. Luego el desayuno es muy escaso y de calidad justa. La habitación nuestra muy amplia pero con poca comodidad. El colchón no es cómodo, no había cojines aparte de la almohada para poder ver la tele desde la cama un poco incorporado. No había nada para poder colgar las toallas y bañadores... en un hotel que todo el mundo va al balneario... son detalles que un hotel tres estrellas tendría. En cuanto a limpieza muy bien. Pero tiene que ponerse al día en detalles, variedad y servicios.

El entorno, la.compañía q la casualidad nos trajo y el personal del hotel han hecho q tengamos un bonito recuerdo de nuestra estancia. La atención del personal amable y correcta en todo momento: recepción, limpieza, comidas...y sobre todo las veladas compartidas, motivan esta opinión. Volveremos?...seguramente. Lo recomendamos? ... sin lugar a dudas.

Un ottimo hotel con camere molto grandi e spaziose un bagno con megadoccia pulito e letti comodi . Bella la piscina in terrazza e un aerea relax . Scarsa qualità e poca varietà la colazione. Gentile il personale.
