我該怎麼説這家酒店呢！首先説一下衞生吧，馬桶上有尿漬，馬桶蓋上有不明毛髮。地巾是用過的 很凌亂的搭在那裡。桌子也沒擦乾淨。再説服務吧，從我進入大廳到辦理入住 沒見到前台的笑臉，就像我欠她幾百萬一樣。重點是全部都實施不強制刷臉的情況下，要求我必須刷臉，説晚上會有派出所來查，我想問問你們是和大家脱軌了嗎 還是不受管制？都不要求強制刷臉 就你們要強制刷臉。再説一下在我進屋發現這些問題以後給前台打電話，在我説了情況以後前台不是去解決問題，而是質疑我説：根本不可能！就好像是我故意找事一樣。我説我的訴求很簡單 幫我換個房間就行。她説得讓保安大哥來看看。在我發現房間這些問題 前台但凡態度好一些 不去質疑我是人為破壞 我都忍了 不會給差評。但是我想問問酒店管理層 當客人提出問題前台是應該去質疑客人嗎？我的訴求很簡單 換個乾淨的房間。我也沒有提出任何不合理的要求吧。你房間臟成這個樣子 我要求換房間過分了？馬桶上有尿漬 你問問你們老闆用不用？你們自己會不會用？不説別的 就單單有尿漬 也可以幫我主動換房吧？質疑我什麼？什麼叫不可能？你們自己衞生打掃成什麼樣子 領導有沒有看過？我一個女孩子 我能把馬桶次成這樣？ 怎麼還意思質疑我的？？？比臨沂的那個蘭歐真是差遠了！！！
