Needed a room and the owner was so helpful. It is simple and the rooms are clean. the breakfast is composed of home-made products, regional Breton and 100% French, salted and sweet. The comfort rooms are located on the courtyard side. They are 18 m² with a toilet separated from the shower, a private veranda or a private balcony. There is a large TV screen, international channels + canal+, BeIn Sports, Eurosport. I would happily stay there again.

L'hôtelier vous accueille très gentiment, renseigne vos attentes et vous accompagne jusque dans votre chambre. Nous avons diné 2 soirs à l'hôtel et la qualité des plats est excellente, le tout pour un prix très raisonnable. Le service est appréciable, discret et efficace.

Un très bon souvenir avec un accueil on ne peut plus agréable et conviviale. Des conseils avisés pour profiter pleinement de la découverte de la région. Une restauration au très bon rapport qualité prix, des produits locaux de bonnes factures fournis par une entreprise locale et artisanale.

hôtel très confortable et impeccable niveau propreté, très bien situé pour les pros, il est très calme malgré la proximité de la route car les chambres sont très bien insonorisées. Le dîner et le petit déjeuner étaient savoureux, le propriétaire très attentif et sympathique. C'était parfait, une adresse que je garde!

hôtel situé dans la zone industrielle mais pas de bruit la nuit taille moyenne (une vingtaine de chambres), chambre de bonne taille avec une véranda dotée de fauteuils et d'un frigo gérant sympathique et dynamique, attentif lors du petit-déjeuner qui comprend tout ce qu'il faut

Spacieux. Pour deux personnes. WC et salle de bain séparé de la partie chambre. Grand espace "bureau" et TV. Très propre. Accueil très bon. Ne possède pas de kitchenette. Ni cafetière, ni bouilloire. Calme. Lannion et Perros Guirec à proximité. Proche zones commerciales mais aucun souci. Calme. NB: éviter le resto à côté (Saint-Gilles : acueil déplorable!... tables pas débarassées et on nous a demandé de revenir plus tard sous prétexte que nous étions à l'hotel à côté... autant dire que nous sommes allés ailleurs... aller à Lannion Pizzeria Le Bornéo qui est excellent!!)
