Flutter Hotels & Resort

We had booked the Flutter Hotel in November 2025, but our experience was very bad. I am sharing my feedback below. 1. The room was not cleaned daily. 2. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned; there was hair all over the bathroom. 3. The bathroom flush was not working properly, and we had to pour water with a bucket to flush. 4. Bathroom towels were not changed daily. 5. Bedsheets were also not changed daily. 6. Most of the time the internet was not working, which is the most important thing, especially in mountainous areas where mobile networks don’t work. When we informed the reception that the internet wasn’t working, they kept saying it was working. And whenever it did work, the speed was only 1–2 Mbps. 7. The hotel reception staff didn’t even know what package each guest had booked. If we told them that breakfast was included, they would be shocked and ask, “Is your breakfast included too?” 8. The bathroom exhaust was not working. When we complained, they started replacing it. 9. We felt like we didn’t come to stay in the hotel, but rather to get the hotel maintenance work done. 10. Our room was on the 2nd floor, and there was no Wi-Fi router installed there. When we complained, the staff started installing a Wi-Fi router. 11. Due to the Wi-Fi not working on the 2nd floor, we had to shift from a family (large-size) room to a normal room, even though we had paid for the large room.

Pathetic experience. Rooms were dirty, towels were missing, and basic hygiene was completely ignored. Staff was unresponsive and service was extremely poor. The management seriously needs to rethink how this place is run. Would not recommend staying here. 👎

Path from flutter and vicinity hotels to mainroad is not conducive to walking and driving. Although affordable hotel but lacks amenities and not much comfortable.

Food and stay is nice... experienced lack in room service like washroom fan/ tap / wifi not working make bit disappointed I had a decent stay in Lansdowne and rated the property . The overall experience was fine, but a few issues left me disappointed. WiFi connectivity was poor, the washroom fan wasn’t working, and the room lacked some basic amenities. The food was average, and the playing area was poorly maintained with limited equipment. However, the rest of the stay was comfortable.
