The service at Alpine Resort was exceptionally prompt. The staff was not only efficient but also displayed a genuine willingness to make my stay enjoyable. Whether it was attending to requests or providing helpful local insights, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout. The highlight of my stay was the incredibly helpful staff. From the reception desk to the restaurant, every interaction was met with a smile and a willingness to assist.The room quality at Alpine Resort was exceptional.Adding to the charm of Alpine Resort is the pleasant weather that complements the natural beauty of the surroundings. In conclusion, my stay at Alpine Resort was a memorable journey into comfort and tranquility.

The drive to the resort is approximately 60 km on hilly terrain, so a skilled and calm driver is necessary. Additionally, there are no petrol pumps or medical shops after Kotdwara, so be prepared. The drive can be tricky for those with altitude sickness, but we had a pleasant experience. The last 3.5 km stretch towards the resort is full of adventure, with a poorly built hill road and numerous turns that add to the excitement. Upon arrival, we found a decent parking area and a nice reception, where we were served water and a cold black drink. However, I was expecting more options for welcome drinks. The room allotment process took only 10 minutes, and we were assigned room number 115 for the next two days. As we arrived at 2:30 pm, the hotel management requested that we go directly to the restaurant, as lunch serving time was from 1:30 pm to 3 pm. Lunch was a little boring with simple food and a disappointing dessert. The swimming pool and sports facilities inside the resort were average and nothing noteworthy. In the evening, the management organized a magic show for kids and a live music show for everyone, but surprisingly, they didn't serve evening tea. Dinner was served from 8 pm to 10 pm, and once again, it was below average. I would not rate it more than 2/5 for food quality. The next day, after an average breakfast, we left for the waterfall, which was about 8-9 km from the resort. After parking our car on the roadside, we did a 1.5 km hill trek and reached the waterfall in 25 minutes. The entire waterfall experience took two hours, and it was worth the visit. We returned to Vanvas Resort at 2:30 pm and went straight to lunch, which, once again, was average. The evening was full of music and dance, followed by an average dinner. Overall, Vanvas Resort is worth visiting once, especially for large family groups. The price point should not exceed 6K per night, and one should not expect good food throughout the journey. Based on my experience, I would rate Vanvas Resort 2.5/5.

A place that worth your trip to the fullest, surrounded by scenic beauty and the hospitality is really splendid, neat and clean environment and rooms as well with all the amenities and you can have food as well and sporting activities and view and weekends would be full of energies and fun and games.
