住宿環境很可以，比較方便，景區內的餐飲比較少，就是沒看到冰掛，有點遺憾，還會計劃下次，不過要看準天氣預報，一般要0度左右才會有冰掛

在攜程訂房已有10餘年，這是第一次寫差評，實在是讓人無法忍受的差，才能寫下以下文字。
第一、房間的空調簡直就是安裝在你頭頂的鼓風機，大家有興趣可以聽聽我在凌晨3點拍下的視頻。第二、我被安排在一樓套間入住，該酒店做的全木建築，樓層之間根本沒有任何隔音措施，樓上任何一點動靜就好比有人在你耳朵上蹦迪，你衹能祈禱樓上的比你睡的早起的晚，還得晚上不尿頻尿急，要不你會在耳邊聽到廬山瀑布飛流直下三千尺的聲音。
第三、衞生間的任何物品都是拼夕夕都找不到的品牌，那個牙刷千萬要小心輕拿輕放，稍微用點力，那個牙刷柄一定會像八十歲老頭的子孫根。
第四、客棧老闆收錢像搶錢，我訂的是雙床套間，夫妻二人帶了一個10歲的小女孩，到店老闆就説我衹送了2份早餐，小孩要加40元早餐錢，想着大年初九，大家都不容易，加就加吧，第二天因為堵車，想着早點走算了，一家三口早上六點多就微信告知老闆，我們一家三口不吃早餐退房了，你把我加的40元退我就好了，結果老闆不理不睬，最終通過攜程客服才不情不願的退了20元，真是要錢***。其餘的房間設備問題我都不提，反正全是坑，大家一定要謹慎訂他家，硬件差，大家可以克服，人沒品，就是道德問題了。

房間挺舒服，民宿周邊環境不錯，還能帶小狗一起。晚上好多星星。住宿送景區門票。景區爬山運動量不大，適合懶人哈哈。

環境：在民宿周圍玩了兩天 雪景很漂亮 沒見過雪的孩子們玩的超級開心
服務：民宿的小哥哥人很好 會幫忙拿行李 很熱情
設施：房間有暖氣 很暖 也有熱水 床上還有電熱毯 睡覺完全不會冷
房間不大 有個陽台 隔音不是很好 但景區裏面的民宿感覺都差不多 可以理解
整體很滿意 玩的很開心

非常滿意，環境舒適，清幽，房間暖氣很足，熱水供應充足穩定，水壓夠，老闆娘人很好，很熱情，對我們照顧周到，溝通順暢，也及時幫我們解決問題，就是樓上有住客的時候，隔音稍差一點，但可以理解，溝通後也可以解決的。早餐是雞蛋、粥、紅薯、蒸包，雖然簡單，但也夠飽的，而且大冷天的早上，能吃上熱乎乎的早餐，也是很幸福的事情。酒店在景區內，上山看雪也很方便。這是很難忘的體驗。下次過來的話，還會選擇這家。

設施：投影大床房，一打開窗簾，後面的竹林冰掛，羣山掛霜的美色盡收眼裡，車子可以停住宿的外面，早上起來吃了酒店的早餐後步行上山比較方便
衞生：衞生挺乾淨的，晚上要早一點沖涼，
環境：環境絕美，酒店附近沒有吃飯的地方，建議自帶吃的東西去
服務：管家服務巨好
